Stueetagen med atriet, receptionen og beliggenheden i byen er virkelig fin, der var god atmosfære.

Værelserne lever slet ikke op til ankomsten. De er kedeligt Indrettede og slidte, en indretningsarkitekt eller måske simpelthen en ombygning ville gøre underværker

Having stayed at this hotel several times, my wife and I know what to expect from the rooms. Typically 'Danish' and minimalist. Fairly small, but adequate rooms.

On this occasion, there seemed to have been something of a recruitment drive, and the knowledge level amongst the front of house staff was (naturally) lacking. They didn't seem to have much support from more experienced colleagues/managers, giving these new staff - and customers - not the best experience.

Perfect service, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

Rooms were comfortable, but may need a bit of renovation.

Close to the train station

Very uncomfortable beds. Pillow smelled weird, bed was like lying on a pile of bricks. I woke up everyday with a sore back. Visible dirt on the carpet like rocks and gravel. Blood on sheets Mirrors has stains on them Asked for cleaning and it didn’t happen until day 2 of our stay. I hurt my foot on the door stopper which is in the middle of the room for some reason. No way to change the temperature in the room. It was hot and stuffy and smelled bad. The curtains were water stained. Smells like smoke even though no smoking allowed. This property says it is a 4 star hotel but it’s definitely not. There was no safe in the room, no minibar even though the wardrobe says it contains one, no phone to reception. This establishment have clearly gained a star and then removed all the amenities that gained it that star rating. The wardrobe doors were barely on the hinges. It was scary to open. We stayed in the junior suite.

Nice location, friendly staff and clean well presented room. The restaurant is great too. Perfect day trip from here to Lego House Bilund.

We were very happy staying in this hotel and we will stay here again coming to Vejle.

Nice location and nice facilities. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby the lovely town of Vejle. Located right next to the train station with regular intercity trains to Copenhagen.

The attitude of the staff was odd and not friendly - I also witnessed other guests cheking in and out and the same attitude. I felt I was a burden and I will probably not use this hotel again. Also, if you cant provide a picture ID at check-in, you have to pay a vast penaltry of 2.500 DKK ("security") which is very odd and not usual for hotels in Denmark. Stated that "this is how we can check who you are". I replied that this is very unfriendly and odd given that the hotel has every data in the universe about all guests and that we pay in advance etc. I had to show a picture of my passport in my own country!! Also the room was very small and the TV was almost not possible to work out. Simply no access to "normal live TV" Everything something complicated on the screen about paying extra for Disney-channels etc. demanding for the guest to leave even more personal information and payment. I gave up even though I have paid to be able to see BBC news etc. Those kind of live-channels was not available at all - not even normal danish channels. Only film channels and lots of lots of rubbish. A cheap way for the hotel to ensure the guest pay even more money. Breakfast could be bought for an extra 125 DKK which is a massive amount to pay on top of the payment for the hotel room. Again all in a non-friendly atmosphere. The toilets in the lobby could only be used if you as a guest got a special code form the reception - again everything reflecting an atmosphere of control, mistrust and non-inviting for the guests.
