We were provided with a very nice room with view on the main square. Housekeeping was great and staff very friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent.
I can only think of one thing that I would like to see improved, and that is the breakfast. It was a bit simple and basic and not in line with the exceptional standard of the hotel, but then again it was made clear to us that the breakfast was Continental, so I guess that’s what it was. Besides that, all 100% !

It was perfect! Extremely clean comfortable and great location. Breakfast was amazing. Good coffee and lots of variety. Very friendly staff who made our stay even better.

Location is the best one. Also the building itself is historical and reminds of old good times :)

We were totally blown away by how spoilt we felt arriving at this hotel and then entering our room. It was very spacious, even the bathroom, plenty of towels, block out curtains, separate armchairs, it was unbelievable. Absolutely will stay again and will only stay there as the location was amazing, so close to shops and restaurants and not far from the train station (we walked from the train station). The staff were so accommodating. One lady helped us find a laundromat and printed out the name and map for us. Whatever we asked it was not a problem. So very kind people.
Nothing here, we have no complaints or suggestions as the hotel was perfect.

Amazing and immaculate decor, clean working facilities, definitely recommend staying here, helpful and friendly and accommodating staff, gave us an upgrade due to a booking.com error. Cannot fault anything

An authentic place with large rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is good. Old elevator adds more unique experience.
No parking place nearby, you have to go Dokk1 which takes 10 mins from the hotel. During winter time, it will be not easy to reach Dokk1 especially if it rains.

Location, room, services - all top. Only thing is that I would expect that we could get 3 towels (on for each - and one for the hair..). Small problem I know... but that would be expected to that price.
The breakfast used to be one of the best we have ever tried in Denmark - totally luxus and more than expected. Now its just okay - not bad at all, just like any other hotel....
