Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Could use as mat in the shower as it was a bit slippery.

Room was way too small for 2 people, and quite ‘tired’. At £145 per night, it was very overpriced

I was able to park a few steps from the front door, Good job, because, I would never have been able to get my scooter round the corners to my room, I appreciated having a ground floor room, that was a few steps from reception and a short walk from dining room, Those of us using mobility scooters need more turning room than people realise. It would be much easier, if there were fewer turns. To be genuinely accessible, hotel needs to rethink ground floor layout. Wider corridors where possible, fewer turns to reach accessible rooms and bigger turning spaces, where turns are necessary and probably wider doorways. Fortunately, I can walk short distances.

Really disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There seemed to be a layer of dust on the glassware, surfaces etc and overall I got the impression perhaps the room we stayed in wasn’t used often. The shower floor and curtain was dirty on arrival, and the shower curtain was mouldy. The drain in the shower was clogged or something, and when we showered the dirty/soapy water would pool around your feet and out of the shower area (it was level so nothing to keep it from spreading over to toilet etc). Overall it just felt dirty and outdated! Disappointed as there were other options within our budget but photos made it seem like this hotel was really nice and clean!

Great hotel. The rooms are bigger than announced (Booking.com said 8 m2 in fact it was 20 m2). Very good breakfast. Perfect Wi-Fi.

They were very helpful over car parking, which was important for this trip. The room was excellent, the bed and bedding top quality. The shower was typical modern plumbing, requiring the user to figure out what was in the designer's mind and so getting an unexpected result - stone cold to scalding. Fittings loose but this comes with a modern shower. Big no-no on the wi-fi though which was irritating as I needed - like many business visitors do - to catch up with emails. There was not a glimmer of a signal on my MacBook Pro.
The wi-fi - I go a good signal in the dining room. My room was in the adjoinig annex, so probably a long way from the router.

The staff were incredible. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They embraced our 6 month old with open arms and constantly engaged with her. Such wonderful staff.

A really lovely and pleasant small hotel in a very beautiful and quiet part of Oxford. Kind, helpful and smiley personnel. The room is not huge, however, big plus that it was friendly to people with motor disabilities, and the bathroom was not only large but had all the necessary modifications for people with motor disorders. Bus stop some metres from the accommodation which conveniently take you in the city centre. Variety in breakfast. Highly recommended!

steps down into bathroom needed a marking or cover along the edge as they merged with the tiled floor and could have been dangerous for anyone with poor eyesight. I did report it to Reception.

We were made very welcome and had a very nice stay. There was a great choice at breakfast and everything fresh and tasty. Absolutely lovely lady greeted us at reception and offered a top standard of service to guests.
