Sehr tolle Lage, super tolles Essen, freundliches Personal, schöner Wellness Bereich, super schöne Einrichtung und wir konnten unsere Hunde mitnehmen

ruhig gelegen in Tiefenbach, genau richtig im Skiurlaub um sich nach einem Skitag in der Sauna zu erholen - die Panoramasauna ist super schön. Begeistert waren wir vom Service und der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeitenden und vor allem auch vom Essen (Halbpension gebucht)

The location was perfect for our purpose to clear our heads and get out from crowded city.

Everything was perfect location, staff very polite and very helpful. We were the only one non speaking germen and they transferred right the way the menu card.

We liked everything: the hotel is very modern, the food was great (Breakfast had a good variety; the full course dinner was amazing and the cocktails were excellent) and the service was incredible (they really make you feel like a home and fulfill all your wishes). Since we went hiking every day we requested a "lunch box" and they prepared it for us every morning without a problem (obviously we paid for that). The concept during Corona is very well organized, respect! Everyone keep the rules ;) The location of the hotel is very nice, it is out of town but if you have a car is not a problem to get everywhere and the surroundings are nice. There is also enough space for parking.

Nothing, for us everything was perfect.

The Ruheraum in the Wellnessbereich was a bit too small and was pretty crowded.

Café can be ordered at breakfast as strong as you like. Breakfast great and fresh and any eggs to order. Salads and hors D‘oevre for dinner very nice.

The Dinner was a Mixed bag. First 3 days soup and Main Course Luke warm. After complaint Food was hot and improved.
