The hotel is ideally located in one of the main squares of Vilafranca, walking distance to all attractions, including many restaurants and bars. It is modern, the room I stayed was big and very comfortable.

Good size room, very quiet, excellent shower, good air con and very easy parking.

The lights were a disaster, the switches don't work and ruin what is otherwise a very good hotel. Management are aware and claim they can't be changed because of building restrictions. Rubbish!!--if you can't use wired switches then install radio switches. Keep them simple on/off forget the dimming, its not necessary. I would not stay here again because of the lights and I guess many others feel the same way.

Beautiful room to look at. I loved how dynamic the bathroom was. The staff was soo welcoming and friendly. They made me feel very special and was helpful getting me what I needed.

The shower was either too hot or too cold, but once I notified them they was more apologetic and said they would fix that.

Room was clean and spacious, with a nice sitting area. The best part was that the staff set up a last minute wine tasting with a local winery for us!

It's a very pleasant hotel - well equipped rooms and quiet. A very good restaurant

A personal preference - but I found the bed too soft

The mattress was really hard The breakfast for the cost was poor, no choice given, just toast, and and a few pastries. My wife asked for tomatoes, to go on the toast, was just given a whole tomato out of the fridge. Lighting in the bedroom was very difficult to control from an over complicated panel, and the main free standing lamp in the room just flashed all the time so we switched it off. The general lighting in the hotel was very low, you had to take care going up and down the stairs, as it was so dim

Very nice hotel , located in the city center with easy access to shops and restaurants. Convenient spacious parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Only comment would be the "small" continental breakfast

The location, it quietness, and space.

The property had a great location mainly because it’s in the middle of the city centre the area is easy to discover and accessible. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and involves friendly staff.

The property could include a small refrigerator in the hotel room(s) as that’s something that I was missing.

Price do not macht... What you get For....
