Ho apprezzato molto la posizione la struttura , la camera era un po' piccola e senza balcone e ho gradito la gentilezza della maggior parte delle persone dello staff .....non tutte ......
Non ho apprezzato la colazione che non era compresa nel prezzo della camera e non meritava il corrispettivo di ben 50 euro a persona alle 10.00 la macedonia e la frutta tagliata era esaurita e non veniva rimpiazzata cosa che accade negli hotel a 4 Stelle
La cena fatta nel ristorante non aveva una scelta adeguata al prezzo e i piatti non erano adeguati alle aspettative.

Check in is at 3 p.m but I waited more than half an hour to check in. Even after waiting for check in, the room was not cleaned properly. The hotel has serious problem with the staff - untrained and unfriendly staff. Bad and rude service from the reception staff - they lost the key from my car and they even tried to explain that I didn't leave the car in the hotel.... The key of the car was found after I suggested the reception staff to call the police and to check the cameras... In my opinion it is not safe to leave a car in the parking of this hotel. Aged and old fashioned room - may be suitable for 2 stars hotel but defenetely not for a 5 stars hotel. The beach is very small and the sea water is dirty. The railway passes right in front of the hotel - you can imagine the noise....

The Hotel is grand without being pompous, the team have a can do attitude , small things matter , the charming chamber maid , the senior waitress who served my wife a superb gazpacho in the Jasmin restaurant despite it being only on the room service menu .

Fantastic location, relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel and amazing food in both restaurants.
High proportion of American guests (also true for the area in general) so English is widely spoken.
The best aspect was the experience was the incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly staff which I really appreciated as I was travelling alone.

We loved the views, the restaurant ( but humus can be improved) , the service is amazing. Very helpful staff and pleasant ( especially the tall man that helped us with the luggages and car ) and the manager that planned our trip to Eze village - always smiling and nice with our kids. Want to mention also the blonde woman from the breakfast and the dark hair bar man from the lobby bar . Really a great team from the cleaning to the restaurant.
From my point of view the thing that makes the hotel imperfect is the breakfast. We really struggled to find something to eat in the mornings for breakfast. Not a normal cheese selection, only boiled and scrumbled eggs. Not enough vegetables….. although the restaurant that offers dinner is great and the food is good ( but pricey) .
