All was good, except parking place in front of the hotel, it should be a place where the hotel owners should invest some more to avoid their quests to step out of the car directly a mud....

Very spacious rooms, best buffet breakfast ever and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our family members who needed a little more TLC. You will not be disappointed staying at this property and you will be hard pressed to find anyone with better customer service.

Excellent location and staff

The hotel was walking distance from the town which was very convenient. The room was exceptionally large, but the bathroom was a comfortable size. The breakfast was first class.

Good location overlooking beautiful park, 20 minutes walk to historic town centre , Excellent breakfast with wide choice, Tidy,Clean, Without requesting it, we were upgraded to an suite in the attic comprising sitting room with large screen TV, kitchenette, separate toilet, shower room, spacious bedroom and south and westerly facing balcony. Highly recommended

Breakfast is amazing!

2nd time we stayed there. Only one night as it was on the middle of the trip on the road to continue driving the next day. We got there a little bit before 10pm so there was no one at reception and the car park was full. It was tricky to park the car. The room was ok but we were 2 people and our reservation said that and the bed and towels were only laid out for one person. Luckily we always have spare towels and pillows in the car. Breakfast next day was amazing a great selection of everything.

Breakfast was very good

My husband loves his breakfast at hotels and this one was fabulous. It had many different muslies, fruits, smoothies and fresh juice, the bread was great as was the selection of cheese and meat cold cuts. That was for sure a great surprise. We loved the welcome of a coffee and cake plus the fact that we could sit outside our room and enjoy it. My friend who lives in Bad Hersfeld past the hotel the day before our arrival and so we booked it, I thought it was great how the staff was friendly and generous towards her aswell with free coffee both when we arrived and also at breakfast. Many thanks for a grest stay. The room was great aswell, nice new bathrooms
