Room was advertised as having 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed plus a refrigerator. Room only had 2 twin beds side by side and, more importantly, NO refrigerator.

I've been staying at his hotel for a few years now, and it's perfectly located for transport to the Messe + even better for going out at night in the Old Town. Staff very friendly. AMAZING value for money. Breakfast isn't going to change the world, but you're not booking this place for the food. Rooms are large & always been clean. Personally I've never had an issue with noise, despite the very central location - however, I always ask for a room at the back. I will continue to stay here when I visit Dusseldorf in January.

Breakfast was very nice, however not replenished very well once used. First come, first serve, once it was gone it’s gone. ( e.g crosssints, scrambled egg). Great location and staff were lovely!

No shower curtain in bathrooms, impossible to not get the floor wet. Certain things in the room were damaged and old, however did not bother our group as was there for a stag do and therefore very easy going.

Excellent location in the middle of the Old Town and near to the Rhine bank. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

No bar or guest lounge. Bathroom equipment is tired.
