The room was very nice. I especially enjoyed the option to enjoy our breakfast looking at the water. It would have been nice to cook there, too.

The price was a bit too high. And for that price I certainly expect a king size bed, rather than two single beds that will drift apart during the night.

Good location, right in the center of Neuer Hafen. Clean apartment with sufficient facilities.

Wifi is a bit slow and the mattresses are not really comfortable

Lovely apartment with all the necessary things. It is centrally located for a walk along the coast and the area's museums. It was possible to order bread and other breakfast items every morning.

The apartment was far from the area supermarkets. All communication via booking.com was delivered in German. That is not very convenient. There was also a miscommunication about how to check out. The building says to leave the key in a box. But the reception expected us to pay and check out. All was sorted out at the end, but it would have been nice to know it from the start.

Great location. Beautiful views and short walk to major attractions. Staff was great.

The reception was closed and we used the key box After a few hours I received a call with an information that we left a hotel without paying for stay. On my question why the reception was closed I got a rude answer „you had to read the letter on the door“ (please s. a Photo attached. In this letter you can not find any information about check out process) I was sure that they can charge the money from my credit card what I used during the booking but Stuff didn’t want to charge the money from credit card and I had to come back from Bremen to pay at hotel! Extremely bad experience.
