Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Noch nie so gute Rühreier gegessen, allein deshalb werde ich wiederkommen. Riesenkompliment an die Küche. Einfach grandios

I liked the location just opposite the UBahn, it was so easy to get into town and back. It was also easy to arrive by car as it’a in quieter neighbour right at the end of the A96 motorway, great to be able to park in the hotel’s garage at a reasonable €15 a night. Hotel hallway and the rooms were modern and clean.
Rooms were tiny and very cramped.

Room was quite small, but good enough for 1 person. All was clean. Minibar provided complimentary welcoming drinks. Exceptionally good breakfast. Cafe staff performed very well even with a lot of customers. Hotel entrance looks very classy with all the marble.
Lift was not operational for a few days.

The surrounding area is tranquil, with a small park nearby. Also, a supermarket is not far away.
The room cleaning starts pretty early, so I was awakened in the morning by the cleaning staff when they start cleaning the other rooms.

It is the second time we had room 206, nice and quiet, BUT there are 2 safes and neither worked. We already had this issue in March 2023 in the same room and now again in June 2023. Is 3 months not enough to get the safe fixed?
Also, most staff is very friendly and helpful, but one woman at reception( dark hair) who was on duty when we arrived, was quite unfriendly.
No water in mini bar( only coke and beer).

We experienced multiple issues during our stay in the hotel in April 2023. Our room initially was a deluxe double (202) which has just been renovated.
Main issues: The heating wasn't working - the drainage of the shower was blocked, and the bathroom was full of water after a shower - the telephone wasn't connected, and you couldn't call the reception - the room was extremely expensive for what it offers (averaging 215 euros per night).
We asked for a room change, but the hotel wasn't able to provide us with an alternative the 1st night. Regardless, they have charged us full price. Second night we had to move to 2x different rooms until we find one that was fully functional!
I was extremely disappointed about the hotel and the service. The hotel provide us with free breakfast for 1x day as compensation, but I feel it wasn't enough. I would not stay there again, and I would definitely not recommend it in any case.

Hotel is perfectly located for our use... However, everytime we go there, there are some issues... False billing, wrong rooms, this time no cleaning...
Every time we went there, there are some issues... Inaccurate information, confirmation with "breakfast included" but the hotel charges us for breakfasts, false billing and wrong allocation of expenses, wrong rooms, this time no cleaning...

1. Cleaning staff stolen my hifi headphones worth of 400Euros. I have reported it to the local police
2. Staff was poorly speaking English
3. There was no possibility to control room temperature. It was too hot in the room, I needed to sleep with the open windows.

Nice hotel with great staff. U-Bahn station right outside the door so travel around Munich was very easy. Would definitely use this hotel again.
