Good breakfast, nice and clean rooms and a nice touch with weights and yoga mats in the rooms.

There are quite many homeless folk sleeping outside, doesn't feel safe coming back in the evening. Check in and checkout could be smoother. We requested a quiet room but it was noisy, not ideal when traveling for work. They have a water fountain by the lifts but they offer very small glasses, I'd suggest bigger glasses or bottles in the room. Overall the hotel needs to listen to guests and cater for more basic requests (like a quiet room), otherwise guests will feel ripped off. I would have chosen another place if I had known my request would be ignored (I specifically asked if the room was quiet when checking in, and also requested this during the booking, this was my only request).

Cool hotel indretning. Meget venlig personale der var meget hjælpsomme. Vi fik bla gode råd om dejlige restauranter og shopping. Morgenmaden var enestående. Helt fantastisk lækkert!

Vi kæmpede lidt om pladsen på vores værelse med rengøringspersonalet lørdag formiddag hvor vi egentlig havde travlt med at gøre os klar til byvandring. Tilgengæld var der dejligt rent.

The hotel was excellent in every way! From the minute we entered there was a true positive vibe. The staff was very very polite and always available to help. You may think that politeness is a given in a hotel but believe me it is not in Italy! You have no trouble communicating in English which again is a plus and not a given in Italy. The breakfast was really nice, lots of choice, excellent quality and frequent changes in the sweets part so if you see a cake you might like go ahead and try it because it may not be there the next day!! The room was spotless clean and met our expectations in terms of practicality, very well organized space so that you can place your luggage and clothes in many different places. The open closet does help a lot in this. The soundproofing was amazing. Very comfortable bed and clean linens along with exceptional room lighting and tv connectivity made the time we spent on the room a real joy and genuinely good experience. On top of this the location was super great, the subway is literally at your feet, 1 min walk from the lobby. Some of the most mentioned places to eat and drink are there as well from osterias to pizzerias etc. If this hotel is at your price range then look no further because it was a lucky choice for us that turned out amazing!

Good cleaning, good location, good welcome, lobby bar&cafe is enjoyable

Location was close to Moscova metro and felt nice safe area for two lone females. Hotel was modern with quirky decor, lovely and clean with comfortable quality bedding great smelling toiletries and cosy robes and slippers. Our La Cosy twin had a small balcony which made the room seem more spacious. Large bathroom with great storage shelves and ample mirrors with a full length mirror on the door. Water stations near the lift a great idea, with Nespresso and good selection of teas and coffee. Loved it all.

Only paper cups and no glasses and no milk. Awoken at 0130 with loud noises from internally/externally?? Constant tapping from pipes in the room, then unloading of a lorry at 5am with crashing banging and shouting topped the lot! City centre locations are never silent, however I do expect to get some degree of sleep. The fact that I appear from the 7th floor to have been the only person to have heard this the management finds perfectly acceptable. My audio clip I hope they play on loop to gain a better understanding of my experience for the benefit of future guests.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice interior design. Staff were super nice. Carlos on the first night and Atusa the second night were the most helpful receptionists we had ever seen.

Chambre au calme, très propre, bonne literie. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour de découvrir la ville. Petit déjeuner excellent !

Emplacement parfait, nous avons tout fait à pied : Scala, Duomo etc Personnel excrément gentil et de bon conseil pour trouver une table pour dîner. Petit déjeuner juste incroyable sucre, salé, végan il n’y en a pour tous les goûts. C’est délicieux et très bien présenté. Personnel discret très agréable.

Le prix est peut être un peu trop haut, c’est un très bel endroit mais pas un palace non plus même si Milan est très cher. Disons que c’est dommage le séjour est forcément court.

There is nothing not to like!

This hotel was a pleasant surprised. The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s such a beautiful hotel and it’s right next to the metro and a wonderful destination for eating out. It only took 20 minutes to walk to the Duomo. If we were to stay in Milan again, we definitely would stay here! Also, the service was exceptional. Staff members were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The lifts are a bit small - it can really only fit two people at a time but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there againZ
