Air con turned off so open windows made it very noisy

Ideal location, walking distance to the Corso Italia and to the beach front. Nice property, with a beautiful garden and a pleasant relaxing area (outside) Reasonably large room, with a very comfortable bed Very kind and efficient staff

The breakfast buffet could be more diversified The bathroom was really small and the positioning of the toilet in the bathroom very impractical The WiFi is horribly slow... that has to be fixed The charge for the pet (EUR 15 per day) is a rip off considering that a cat isn't generating any additional work for the staff (we did all the cat-support)

What a magical beautiful place! Beautiful gardens, the spa was amazing, the staff so friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and we really enjoyed the pool. And the bonus, a 5 minute walk to the beach, beach bars and restaurants all around.

the staff were excellent, especially the young man who spoke several different languages, he was really friendly and helpful, gave us great directions fro the best route out to the motorway and made a really great latte macchiato. restuarant was good with great service and buffet breakfast which was included had a good choice. the property was in a good location, the room was very clean bright and airy with good air con. building works are going on next door but we hardly noticed any noise from it. the pool area was lovely and there was a large choice of different seating areas around the pool and gardens. parking was secure and we had a undercover parking space for our motorcycles on our second night

Room was small (if functional) and bed was firm and relatively small; there is construction of a large hotel happening right next door which was noisy at times when sitting around the pool

One of the best hotel we stayed in Italy. We traveled with my son and it was really great holidays at this hotel. The high services , very clean room, very good breakfast. I can high recommend this hotel for family holidays with children.

The hotel is beautiful and has a lot to offer. From a pool to a lovely garden, the amazing staff and great breakfast.

We have a car so it was easy to go and explore the surroundings. Don't know how easy it is with other transportation.

Staff was very friendly, the atmosphere is magic reminding of the Belle Epoque, they gave us some kind of suite which actually were 2 rooms connected. Nice breakfast buffet. Great massage at the spa.

The hotel was absolutely amazing after having a terrible experience at another hotel in Imperia we arrived at Vill Elisa and were welcomed by the lovely Francesca. She was fantastic and gave us an upgrade and room with a view of the pool. She had arranged fir a bottle of champagne to be out in our room and let us check in at 10 am which was great as we had slept in the car the night before. I can highly recommend this hotel and it was a 3 star as opposed to the 4 star we left the night because it was cold and damp. It should be ranked as 5 star. The pool restaurant was fantastic too the staff were very thorough with the Covid cleaning. All sunbeds were disinfected when people left as well as chairs. Very very good.
