Situato nel centro di Martina Franca, questo storico Hotel, pur mantenendo il fascino di una struttura d'altri tempi ha superato ogni aspettativa: stanze luminose e pulitissime, staff estremamente cordiale e professionale e servizi di primo livello: abbiamo usufruito della piscina per la quale presso la reception è possibile chiedere dei teli.
Abbiamo inoltre pranzato presso il ristorante dell'hotel e fatto un aperitivo nel giardino con lo staff che con la sua professionalità e cortesia ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio.

De ligging vooral en de rust van het parkje waar het hotel in ligt. Het centrum is op korte loopafstand. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerruimte. Zwembad met ligstoelen. Het ontbijt was uitmuntend.
Er zou wel wat opgeknapt kunnen worden aan het hotel. Kamers aan de achterkant met uitzicht op de parkeerplekken deprimerend uitzicht. Gelukkig konden we de kamer ruilen voor een kamer met zwembadzicht

Location, atmosphere and staff.
View from the room over the roofing felt which generated additional heat. Smell from kitchen's ventilation system and butts on the balcony.

Great location. Staff were so lovely and so helpfully. It is an older hotel could do with some fleshing up but what a lovely hotel. Staff were some of the nicest people I have met in a hotel.
The pool could have been cleaned a bit more, but it was not that bad.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were lovely, so helpful and very friendly. The hotel has pretty gardens and a nice pool which was great in the heat! It is in a great location for sightseeing and travelling around and Martina Franca is a lively town with lots of lovely restaurants.

The staff, the dimensions of the room, the breakfast and the location of the hotel are all great. There is a nice garden and pool. And the beds are really comfy.
The bathroom size it's okay. But not the shower. The room is really good, even with a closet area. But the shower it's tiny. Just remove the bidet and increase shower area.

Nice view of the city from the 4th floor. Room small but functional. Better than average breakfast spread. Only a short walk from the town's historic district. Located in a quiet private park. Ample private parking.
Running toilet needed the attention of a plumber. Shower was miniscule even for Italy (so much so that it was difficult to even turn around without inadvertently turning off the water).
