Me encanto la habitación con terraza , fue excelente ir a ese hotel y conocerlo , me quedó con la pena de que no me dio tiempo a subir a la terraza pero prometo con volver , el personal fue muy amable .

O pequeno almoço. Não havia praticamente nada. Pão, salsicha, queijo e presunto e acho que 3 opções de frutas. O café com leite da maquina parecia agua suja, sem sabor nenhum. Eu que não como pão, fui obrigada a comer.

The room was very recently refurbished and thus immaculate. Lovely view over river (paid extra though). Good buffet breakfast. Aircon very quiet. Pool on roof only a little plunge pool, but good for kids.

Being newly refurbished we were the snagging team! Sink stop didnt work nor did bathroom ventilator. The bedside wall light fell off in the night! A team of maintenance men was circulating fixing things so issues quickly resolved. The excellent walk-in shower however did not have any hand rails for the infirm and the shower floor was slippy when soapy, solved by sacrificing a hand towel as non-slip mat (steal extra one from the room service trolleys).

Extrem laute Klimaanlage direkt über Balkon, der deshalb nicht genutzt werden konnte. Diesbezügliche Klagen wurden vom Management ignoriert. Unfreundliches Personal. Viele Kanten an Türen und Möbeln abgestoßen, sehr renovierungsbedürftig! Alte quietschende Matratzen Keine Kaffeemaschine

We got upgraded to a suite without even having to ask! It was amazingly beautiful! Great river location. Super nice staff!

International hotel with a lot of bedrooms, nice view on the Guadalquivir, about 10-15 mn walk from the historical center, located in a lively neighbourhood.

EL PERSONAL ERA AMABLE

DEMASIADO CARO PARA LO QUE ES...HOTEL VIEJO Y DEMASIADAS HABITACIONES,

After a long journey from Boston we arrived at the hotel exhausted @ 09:15; and although check-in was not until 14:00, they allowed us to check-in early which was huge! The room refrigerator actually had some drinks and snacks, which we are not used too lol. The location is very convenient: not so close to attractions that there are hundreds of tourists around but an easy walk to anywhere. There is also a taxi stand and bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you were to take the bus from the airport, the stop is a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom had plenty of amenities; including robes and slippers, though we never used those. The rooftop pool was closed when were were there but the rooftop terrace was open and we went up there one night for some drinks and a nice view of the river the rest of Seville. The drinks are expensive by local standards and can't be charged to the room. Finally, the staff we interacted with all spoke English.

My girlfriend didn't think the AC was cold enough, though I thought it was fine. There is a dial thermostat in the room; we usually kept it @ 20C. I gave a slightly lower rating on overall value only because it was a holiday week and prices were higher than normal; though to be fair, $300 US dollars/night was not outrageous. We did not have breakfast included but did try it out our last day. It was expensive at 15 euros a piece and was a continental/Spanish style buffet. There were no eggs although there was some signage that stated they could be made upon request. I would suggest just getting breakfast at some of the local restaurants that are an easy walk from the hotel: including one right across the street.

A spacious hotel with lovely big rooms. All the facilities were first rate and the staff friendly and efficient.

Nice room with river view on main floor of hotel close to the main access. Toilet and shower facilities all good.

Parking was extra at hefty day rate of 18E. This could have been improved or offered to visitors at a discounted rate.

Friendly and competent staff, extremely comfortable bed, great breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs cooked on order. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of places to go for tapas and drinks.

The location.

The hotel appeared tired for a four star. The staff provided everything that was required but seemed distant.
