The hotel was perfect, the staff the food! The location was perfect couldn’t have picked a better spot

Hotel has a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a 7 minute walk to metro station. Room was big and clean, it had everything we needed (shower gel, shampoo, lotion, razor, etc.), bed was one of the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace with a heated pool that can be used all year long. The staff at the reception, at breakfast and outside the hotel was very nice, friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious and even had gluten free options for me. I loved 100% fresh juices, they had around 5 flavors every morning. They also cooked an omelette or a fried egg in front of you.

Would definitely clean the windows from outside as it was almost impossible to see through them

A lovely feel to the hotel, just so relaxed & chilled. Reception staff were so welcoming & offered us an upgrade which was an unexpected but lovely surprise. Bar staff were also very good.

The junior suite is excellent choice for families. The restaurant serves really good spanish cuisine. Staff was excellent

Great room, plenty of smart space. Very clean. Heated outside pool (not enough heat for kids though, but good for a quick swim). Location great. Staff amazing.

Could be better equipped for families with smaller kids: like child proof. Did not provide bed rails either.

Confusion with type and size of beds when we arrive. We were waiting at the lobby for the room to be ready and there were 5-6 staff but no one warned us of issues with water! And only when we entered the room they called to say: by the way don’t take shower until 6pm! Just what you want to hear after 9 hours drive! First impression when you enter hotel is that it’s some kind of medium quality restaurant because there is a strong smell of fried food at the lobby. Probably the issue is the location of the actual restaurant where the breakfast is served, but the smell stays there even lunch time! Due to this smell we decided not to have breakfast there as it’s not very appetiting and to smell all day like fried potatoes is not ok!

Handdoeken mogen niet mee naar het strand en waren in de ochtend ook op omdat ze gewassen werden. Voor €500 per nacht verwachten ze dat gasten hun eigen strand handdoek meenemen?

The TV didn’t work in the room, even after we told them not fixed which was a shame for not having the news in the morning or being able to watch a movie at night

Excellent location, nice stuff, very good breakfast. Relatively large hotel, but still quite homely atmosphere.

The windows in our room could not be opened, we had to use the air conditioner permanently, even though it was very pleasant outside- not a comfortable, nor an ecological solution.

Swimming pools are great, breackfast too. Great service in general in the Hotel, this is a 5 star!

Hotel has 2 good swimingpools. Quite ok gym also. Beds was comfy and the room was ok size. Very nice breakfest selection.

Terribl rude staff on reception!!! Mr Brandon Hallier attack my girlfriend on reception with arguing to her and he didnt want to let her inside the room even our room i payed when we arrived. First day we arrived i payed all our stay and usk to take off minibar as i dont have credit card only debit so they are not able to block deposite. They take our minibar and after 6 days they block our room cards in the evening so we couldnt get inside the room and they talld my girlfriend that we have 40euro on minibar spend and untill we dont pay they dont let her go inside. I payed 3000euro for 6 nights plus breakfest. After 15minits when my girlfriend was on psichycal colabs the rude Brandon spoke with someone and find out that they put the bill on wrong room number. When i check out i spoke with unprofesional manager and he didnt explain me why it was happend. They just smille to my face on reception. Never come back to this hotel again and i will make youtube and instagram video to inform and protect other people from this place!!! Totaly overpriced hotel 500 euro without breakfest.you have to pay for 1person breakfest 32 euro. When you usk for bike they have infront of the hotel the guy who bring battery tattoo everywhere asian guy was totaly angry with us that we usk for batery. They dont have anought space in swimingpools. 1 day no towels in the gym. The room has crazzy light. You canot switch on only one. It must be all room or nothing. In the night they have crazzy night system light so when you stand up all room switch on the light. Very unhelpfull people. Uskd for dinner for places to see nobody helpd. 5star hotel with service of 2stars.

The breakfast has various options and was very nice presented. The hole pool area is attractive and inevitable

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful decor

Difficult to get a bed by pools, doesn’t feel slick in terms of organisation, room wasn’t cleaned one day and only one turn down during a 4 night stay. You have to quote room number all the time even when calling reception, couldn’t grasp 3 adults staying in one suite so only left 2 of everything dispute us calling down.

The service from the staff. Front desk, breakfast staff they seemed bothered by guests (expect from the intern boy that was studying hotel management, he was very great). The lady making omelett was in bad mood both days. I said good morning with a smile, didnt get responce. I said it again, she said what do you want (!). Very clean room and corridors, I want to applaud the housekeeping team and housekeeping manager.
