Location and very helpful staff. Ros were ready before checking time and we could use them to get ready for a wedding

The very warm welcome of the receptionist when we did arrive. He told us that everything is already paid in advance , even the breakfast. He showed us the complicated aircondition.

When we wanted to leave and pay the parking, the manager and probably his mother got very mad about us because we had to pay the breakfast additionally. If we don’t pay it they don’t give us the parking ticket back . This is blackmailing and not acceptable. The breakfast service and breakfast has been very poor.

The staff were especially kind and friendly, including the reception and the restaurant. The facilities were great.

Very central, yet quiet. Walking distance to nice restaurants and main attractions. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

the room was too noisy. I could hear other rooms and worst of all a mechanical sound kicked in every 30 minutes making a decent sleep impossible.

Really good position in the city centre. Nice staff and good services.

Room too dark (only one window). But the problem is that the rooms are not well soundproof: the result is that I could hear all the noise coming from the corridor and the stairs.

Excelent location, extra friendly staff and really good value for money! I’d come back just for how nice the staff was. It’s a perfect location to get to the city center AND for the Baluarte conference hall.

​The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were pleasant. But the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, nor did the towel warmer, or the air conditioning - and the room was swelterin​g.

​My single room ​l​ooked nothing like the ​one ​on ​the ​booking​ website​. ​It was minuscule and​ the only place to sit ​was ​​on a ​very tiny, ​low to the ground stool​ on wheels​ with no back support - hard to get down onto and very difficult to get up from. The only ​'​view​' from my window was of unsightly industrial ducts running up the side​ of the building next door​ but, in fairness, the location of the room allowed for less noise at night that a street view would have and I had requested a quiet room. There was no door ​tag ​to either request or decline room service, so basically when the cleaning staff started bustling about right outside the door in the mid afternoon. ​I wanted to nap and not go out into the pouring rain where I had been all morning, but I could sense that those cleaning ladies ​REALLY ​wanted to get in ​the ​room​,​ so I left. ​ ​​The door key situation was​ frustratingly annoying too​. ​It is not card entry but rather a​n actual​ key​ that required precision turning, which seemed to me to be counterintuitive. If ​turned the wrong way ​one doesn't have a hope in ​h​ades of getting in th​e ​door. ​ Twice, I had to ask a staff person to let me in and was told that most North Americans had difficulty. ​The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were professionally polite. But the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, nor did the towel warmer, or the air conditioning - and the room was swelterin​g. ​ Accommodation in Pamplona is not inexpensive and Hotel Yoldi​ is no exception, but for the price there's got to be more central options in town with a least a chair to sit on and a door that ​can be opened​ without assistance.

We booked 4 nights with breakfast, but hotel by their mistake charged us first without breakfasts and at the morning of our departure thay charged breakfasts separately so we had to pay significantly more. It will be fair to correct that mistake
