No AC , no laundry facilities,  routine. The facility should’ve been maintained a little bit better for what we paid.

I stayed in a room for 6 women only. Staff cleaned my bed but probably didn’t clean the room because the room was littered with rubbish.

Location is perfect. It is close to the main attractions of the city and it is really well connected to public transport.

Probably cleanliness leaves room for improvement.

The hostel is in a great location, just by the old town and the river. You can find many restaurants and bars around, and within a few minutes of walking you are in the heart of the old city. Easily accessible by tram. The staff is very friendly and helpful with the check in. The hostel provide coffee, tee, and other snacks in their kitchen. The room is very well equiped, the restrooms and shower were clean.

The room was well-prepared for the extremely warm weather and a relatively good size for three people. The location is walking distance or a short train right to most sites. The room was very clean and the building charming.

Was an awesome place to meet fellow travellers and enjoy the charming nightlife of Zurich.

The shared common room/facilities could have been a bit bigger, perhaps with a couch and more chairs to facilitate more engagement between different people. All in all though, I had a wonderful time.

Location was fantastic. Staff was great. Offered a lot of options for what to do and where to stay. People were really nice. I can't stress that enough. The people who stayed there were super friendly too. If you are a camping type of person, maybe you'd really like the place. One woman in my dorm was staying there for multiple days and enjoyed it. Also, I liked that they had free luggage storage for day of arrival and leaving. Really nicely done. Wifi was good. Also, they set it up so you didn't need Swiss plugs and could Euro plugs for your electronics. Really nice attention to detail.

1) The room was so small. I was in a triple with two other people. We were packed like sardines. 2) Wasn't as clean as I would like. 3) You share the bathroom and the showers with the floor, not just the people in your room. Your room does have a sink. 4) It was so hot! Incredibly hot. They have fans in the room, but it was not cool enough considering the weather. These hot summers aren't rare anymore either. 5) It wasn't really that cheap. I paid about 80 Euros or so. There were other hotels I saw that were about 40 euro more for a single room with private bathroom. If I could do it again, I would have skipped Zurich altogether if I couldn't get one of those private rooms. Regardless, I spent one night in the city and it was enough.

Staff all so friendly, great location, free breakfast and complimentary tea + coffee all day. Dorms were roomy and clean, beds comfy, plug sockets next to each bed!! Even had a fridge in the dorm! Would defo stay again

It was perfect for everything we needed! We were able to leave our bags in the lockers before we’d checked in and after we checked out. The room was a great size for the three of us and the kitchen was set up with the essentials for breakfast and to make a few quick meals on nights we didn’t want to eat out

A little hob would have been useful in the kitchen

i liked how inspite of being shared toilets, everything was very clean. and also the location was the best.

I had to wait till 3 to check in but check out was at 10 am. i even mentioned that i am ok to pay, but it wasn't possible. Also, there was a person who was always in the common room, either with his laptop or just sitting there. After a time it got annoying that he had an opinion on everything and kept trying to talk even when he could see the other person is busy. i know my room mate also was avoiding the common room because of his constant presence.

Location is awesome. The neighborhood is filled with nice bars and restaurants. Very close to many famous spots in the city. Close to the river. The lockers in the rooms are very big. There's individual sinks on each room.

There's a lot a noise near the hostel at night. Including the hostel own bar. Can be trick to sleep early.

Your dormies are usually very nice, pretty outgoing had a lot of fun nights with other visitors just chilling in the common room. You're able to leave your bags there before and after check-in beds are nice and it's cleaned daily and checked up on by a maintenance guy when needed.

Zurich can be pretty expensive so do be aware of that. Otherwise nothing really felt off when I was at the hostel.
