Great location well fit out

The breakfast was disappointing Food had run out at 830 Staff did not replace hot food Table was not set up

The location was good. Staff very helpful. We enjoyed hiring bikes to cycle to Givency. Time was taken to ensure we were happy & that the bikes were safe with the seats at the correct height.

Breakfast - I prefer coffee to be freshly made and served rather than having to use a coffee machine. It would have been nice if local cheeses had been on offer.

Location. Restaurant looked promising but it was closed.

The welcome and the room. the room was awful with a dangerous step into bathroom which was a wet room.

The check in and check out was smooth. bathroom was very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was my bad ! I didn’t double check the listing But the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. A small fan for 3 beds was provided and unfortunately they didn’t have any spare fans/ mobile units etc. A very hot and sweaty night followed..

Large rooms, great breakfast, helpfull staff. Great location close to all facilities. 10 mins walk from station and Giverny buses.

Spacy rooms, excellent breakfast, nice outside cafe in the courtyard. Restaurant above expectations and very good value for money, both for dinner and for drinks/snacks.

Underground parking really small and difficult to get around. Almost gave up using it for my small car (Audi A3).

The room was spacious and attractive. The staff was very helpful and professional. Location, the best. We had dinner at the hotel one night: interesting choices. Recommend. There was a jazz trio playing which made is pleasant. The hotel has parking for a fee, worth every penny.

The one thing I did not like was the toilet being in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. Far away, too. Difficult to wash hands, etc. after you use it. It is cumbersome.
