Location was good
Attitude of the reception staff was unbelievably unwelcoming. Either need training or change industry from hospitality (read meaning) or something else. After a long trip in we had the most blasé check in experience. The check in staff looked bored, no smile and no instructions at all. We had to figure out everything from how to get the luggage in, Wi-Fi also how to get to the room. Very unwelcoming experience . Also in such a small bathroom they placed a bath tub with a glass divider leaving a very sloping and slippery gap to get in and out of the tub. A big safety hazard. They should have just put a shower instead and saved space and maintained safety

We did not take breakfast so cannot comment on this BUT we found the hotel and staff to be extremely welcoming and a really convenient "base" for our stay in Paris. The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptionally good - friendly, helpful and made our check-in/check-out easy.
Nothing at all - it was a great base for us. It might have been nice for there to be a hotel bar for a drink in the later evening but it really didn't matter.

The rooms are extremely small not suitable to accommodate anyone we got the worse room don’t get in the 5th floor because ceiling is too low. If you have Claustrophobia never dare to book I changed the hotel second day and for the record i booked twin bed room they gave me a small room and they told me that is all the have it i want twin bed i must buy more expensive room.

breakfast spread is usual English style, pastries and croissants. top up for sausages, eggs and bacons. still cheaper than the cafes down the street.

The location was perfect just like all the other reviewers stated! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we loved having the coffee maker in the room. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and very friendly!
The old-style hair dryer with the hose attached to the wall really needs to go. However, when I asked for a regular one, they provided it, so it was not a problem.

The staff was very kind and friendly. I was a bit anxious that my french wasn't as good, but their English was very clear. I asked for a shaving kit and toothbrush at the end of a long night and got the items immediately.
Beds could have been a tad more comfy. TV position was awkward.

the location is just perfect. it’s one minute walk to the Champs Élysées and just a few minutes more to the Charles de Gaulle,the rooms are clean and there is a nice shower with strong stream of water.

Wonderful location! Location, location, location!
The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean, comfortable, and spacious (for Paris). I received a surprised room upgrade that set me up with a little terrace. The extra square footage was such a pleasant added bonus.
I researched intensively before booking in Paris. When I finally decided on Lord Byron I based it on a combination of guest rating, star rating, location, and price. Now that I have stayed there, I can truly say, my research paid off. I was very satisfied with my pick!
Breakfast was ok. A little too simple for my taste.
