Stefania and Carlo were perfect hosts, they greeted us on arrival, and explained everything we needed to know, the property was exceptionally clean, well furnished and comfortable. We used the pool everyday, and eating under the gazebo was so perfect that we chose to BBQ or cook every night rather than eat out. It was the first time we have been to this part of Italy and we will visit again. Hopefully the same property. Thank you Adrian

Huset var rent og veludstyret. Der var sågar en flaske prosecco på køl da vi kom. Venlige og imødekommende udlejere. Alt fungerede perfekt. Tusind tak for det. Kan kun anbefale, og vi ville selv vælge samme sted, hvis vores vej går forbi Ligurien igen.

Zuallererst großes Kompliment an unserer Vermieterin und ihrem Mann. Die beiden sind supernett, die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und unkompliziert und man konnte sich jederzeit, und damit meine ich jederzeit an Sie wenden. Wir hatten kein Porblem mit dem Haus, aber mit der italienischen Sprache und wollten Pizza bestellen. Kurzerhand bestellte Stephanie für uns und wir hatten die beste Pizza. Das Haus war exakt so wie beschrieben: wunderschön und komplett ausgestattet und sauber, wir bekamen sogar einen Pastavorrat :) Vielen Dank für unseren wunderschönen Urlaub. Tolle Villa mit super Pool für Erwachsene & Kids. Hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen! Die Hosts sind stest bemüht, auch wenn mal etwas nicht funktionieren sollte. Die Städtchen Noli und Sportono sind nahe gelegen, ohne Kids zu Fuss, mit Kids zum Strand eher mit Auto. Die Strände sind zur Hauptsaison sehr gut besucht und die kostenpflichtigen Liegen schon eher teuer (20-40 Euro pro Tag/Schirm/2Stühle).

Noli ist zauberhaft. Das Haus ist äusserst angenehm mit den grosszügigen Terrassen und dem herrlichen Pool und Stefania die Besitzerin ist sehr liebenswürdig und immer hilfsbereit. Leider führt an dem Objekt zwar eine schmale dennoch recht befahrene Strasse vorbei,und der herrliche Ausblick auf das Meer wird durch einen Rummelplatz mit lauter abendlicher Beschallung etwas getrübt. Dennoch ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Almut

Our stay during the first week of June 2021 was very relaxing and comfortable. The modern villa is very well equipped and the large pool with sun beds has a great view over Spotorno. For aperitivo you have new lounge chairs and for dinner you can sit outside at a nice patio with a large wood table (no plastic chairs!). Spotorno can be reached easily via stairs within 10 minutes. You can even walk to Noli over the mountain at ca. 25-30 minutes. Stefania is a great host and cares very good for her guests. We were a group of 4 adults and two children (12 years) and absolutely recommend the villa for a holiday at the pool and the beach (regarding the beaches we would recommend to go to Varigotti, where the beaches are more sandy than at Spotorno or Noli).

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, Beste Ausstattung, tolles Haus, wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühls und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön oberhalb Sportorno gelegen. Daher etwas abgelegen von Noli. Das EG ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wir hatten alles was wir erwartet haben. Im UG war es aber etwas feucht und es richte entsprechend streng. Dies ist wohl durch die Hanglage einfach so gegeben.

We spent 14 glorious days at Stefania’s house. We were warmly welcomed by Stefania and her husband upon arrival. They even put out wine and delicious snacks by the pool for us, which was a very nice touch! They gave us a tour of the property and made some local recommendations, which was much appreciated . Couldn’t have asked for a better or warmer welcome. The house itself has everything you could think of and it was super clean. It's equipped for real living, including the kitchen. They even very provided the condiment/spice basics in the kitchen, which is always nice. There were also a few drinks for us in the refrigerator which was amazing after a 9 hour drive. The gas grill was good quality and awesome to have. We used it a lot. The house even has good air conditioning which was very welcomed because it was quite warm a few of the days we were there. WiFi was very good. The parking situation is also good. Easy, off street, can fit multiple cars and was secure. Most importantly for me is the house is extremely hang out friendly. There were a few days where we never left and just hung out. The house makes you want to be there. The pièce de résistance is the pool and the outdoor space. It’s absolutely stunning. We spent countless hours in the pool with the kids. The pool is really out of this world gorgeous. They did an amazing job. The views are also outstanding. The sea view was of course fantastic (much better than the pictures online) but so are the land views. As for the area... it’s all gorgeous. We went to Spotorno and Noli a lot. I really loved Noli. My favorite place we went to. We also went to the beaches of Finale Ligure and Varigotti which have small waves are were a short drive away from the house. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay or better hosts. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this house!

Das Objekt liegt einige Meter über der Stadt Spotorno, mit einem super Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Zwei Schlafräume sind auf der Ebene des Wohnzimmers, jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer. Von dieser Etage aus geht man auf die Terrasse und ein paar Stufen tiefer zum Pool. Der Platz um den Pool herum ist super. Die anderen beiden Schlaufräume liegen eine Etage unter dem Wohnzimmer. Diese Etage hat einen eigenen Eingang von außen. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum anderen Schlafzimmer und für Kinder gut geeignet.

Das Haus in der Aufteilung, wir waren zu fünft, aber es würden auch gut befreundete weitere Personen reinpassen, ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist unglaublich: in der Küche ist alles da, der Grill ist super, Liegen am Pool, große Tische etc etc - alles was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, direkt und schnell. Immer höflich und auskunftsfreudig. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen, da auch die Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick und die Nähe zu den niedlichen Orten Noli und Spotorno sehr praktisch ist. Wir kommen wieder 👍🏻

We stayed with 6 people in Stephania’s home in early September. Stephania was incredibly easy to work with in setting us up and met us with amazing focaccia bread from a a local bakery upon our arrival. She and her husband also gave us a great rundown on the house as well as the local area for restaurants and things to do. The property is gorgeous with a fantastic pool and some of the most amazing views of the town and sea. Highly recommend this property and thank you Stephania!!

We were 3 families, 6 adults and 4 children (aged 4-10) who experienced a fantastic week in the villa. We are incredibly pleased with everything; the villa (indoors as well as outdoors), the surroundings and even the weather…... The house has a modern interior and is well equipped. The outdoor environment can hardly be improved; stunning views, a large terrace with pool and a nice dining area with BBQ facilities. It can be mentioned that the description of the villa at HomeAway is consistent with reality. Stefania is very nice and helpful. She helped us a lot with some arrangements that really contributed to a great vacation. We can warmly recommend a holiday in this place!

On the negative side it must be noted that the standard of the apartment on the lower floor is quite simple and without air condition. Also, please note that the map reference on Google maps is wrong - the villa is situated in Torbora closer to Sputorno than Noli. Noli is a lovely city, but it is a bit too far to walk...

Lots to explore on the Italian Riviera - quite a long drive to Portofino and Les Cinque Terres (1.5 hours) but easy via the autoroute. Noli and Spotorno are lovely places for both beach and evening strolling around/ dining. The view from the villa is stunning. We would say perfect size for 6 adults but if you are more that's fine as long as its children in the double bed x 2 bedroom in the downstairs apartment as not enough privacy for 6 adults to sleep down there (but 2 adults and 4 children would be fine) with room for 4 more adults or children upstairs. As per a previous review the upstairs part of the villa is much nicer than the downstairs part. If you are a group of 10 the living space upstairs both in and out is plenty big enough. Overall fabulous holiday and wish we didn't have to come home.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus. Es war genügend Platz für alle, obwohl wir 4 Pärchen und 2 Kinder waren. Alle waren begeistert von dem Pool, vor allem die Aussicht war beeindruckend. Die Küche war groß und bot viel Platz um zusammen zu kochen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Vermieterin ist zuvorkommend und wirklich sehr nett!

Herrliche Aussicht, eine ausgesprochen umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Aussicht und den Pool genossen.

Wir waren Ende August mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Das positive vorab: die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum, der Ausblick fantastisch. Der Pool ist gross und sauber und war perfekt für die Kinder. Die Villa selber ist aufgeteilt in zwei Etagen: die obere Etage (zu sehen auf Ebene des grossen Tischs auf der Terasse) ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Diese Etage hat auch einen tollen Blick und einen Balkon. Die untere Etage ist seperat und beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile sowie einem Schlafsofa. Der obere Bereich war sehr schön, ausgestattet war alles recht gut, ebenso die Küche. Der untere Bereich war eher dunkel. Die Sauberkeit ließ an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Da wir jedoch die meiste Zeit draussen und am Pool verbracht haben konnten wir darüber hinwegsehen. Was uns etwas gestört hat war der Rummelplatz unten am Meer, hier hat man Musik und Gekreische bis weit in die Nacht gehört. Die Lautstärke war jedoch erträglich und vom Wind abhängig. Ansonsten ist die Lage aber sehr ruhig, bis auf einige Hunde und Grillengezierpe war kaum etwas zu hören. Es gibt drei Parkplätze auf dem Gelände welches mit einem automatischen Tor verschlossen werden kann. Desweiteren gibt es einen grossen Weber-Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Stefania, die für die Vermietung zuständig ist war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht unseren Wünschen nachzukommen.
