Il resto tutto bene curato
La stanza numero 50 non c'è la possibilità di fare circolare aria ed è molto calda anche se la temperatura esterna non fosse particolarmente alta.. anzi il contrario

Mooie locatie met verschillende laagbouw gebouwen waarin zich de kamers bevinden. Nette maar kleine kamer.
We kwamen aan op een dag dat toevallig geen lunch werd geserveerd. Omdat in de wijde omgeving ook niks geopend was en wij al geruime tijd met honger op zoek waren naar eten gevraagd of ze iets simpels konden maken, al was het een droog broodje. Dat ging niet, wat wij erg jammer vonden. Ontbijt niet veel keuze. Eind mei nog niks te doen in de omgeving, iets om rekening mee te houden.

La struttura è tutta molto curata, la stanza molto confortevole e pulita, così come il bagno. L’accoglienza molto cordiale ed il personale gentile. La colazione ottima con molta scelta sia dolce che salata; anche la cena al ristorante annesso nel complesso buona. Bella anche la piscina. Posteggio ampio all’interno della struttura.
Purtroppo il paese di Foce Varano è orribile, praticamente un cantiere a cielo aperto: strade sconnesse, edifici abbandonati, cantieri e sporcizia ovunque. Il mare poi è decisamente pessimo: l’acqua e le spiagge sporchissimi. Anche l’accesso al mare è quasi impossibile, una sfilza di stabilimenti balneari mezzi chiusi e mezzi dismessi che non permettono di arrivare al mare. I pochi punti dove si può accedere alla spiaggia sono praticamente delle discariche abusive. Ovviamente la struttura non ha nessuna responsabilità in tutto ciò ma, quando si sceglie una località di mare, bisogna tenere conto anche e soprattutto di questo aspetto.
Piccolo appunto per la struttura: sarebbe meglio precisare su Booking che serve la cuffia per usufruire della piscina.

Nice well maintained place, the room was cute and quite comfortable though not too big.
The restaurant is very cosy and pleasant, especially in the evening and they serve decent food. The bread they serve for breakfast and with the meals was just a masterpiece of bread!
Olive trees and other green make the place look really charming.
Huge downside - the verandas of the rooms located on the ground floor at the back of the building. Firstly, the chairs were so uncomfortable that it was impossible to sit on them for longer than 15 minutes. Secondly, the light... Ceiling lamps with absolutely blazing, cold light that would turn on automatically at around 7pm and stay on whole night. Instead of a nice evening on a cosy veranda we had to lock ourselves in the room and blind the window to avoid this horrible light. Seriously, as if someone did everything to keep people away from using the terrace....
The swimming pool area was not accessible after 7pm.
The shower didn't work properly.

The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly and polite.
We stayed 2 days and ate both days in the restaurant - the food is great, especially the pizza.
The pool is clean and very nice.
Not a great location if you are going for nightlife or beach vacations. The area nearby seems abandoned.

Only a one night stay, but within that time I saw people enjoying the swimming pool there was a courtesy bus to the beach area.
They staff were friendly and we enjoyed the restaurant garden area with lovely food. Breakfast was also enjoyable.
The door locks, remember that the key can only be taken out of the lock in the horizontal position, it will save your sanity.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, very good breakfast, great private pool, and 10 minutes walk from the sea.
The WiFi was really weak and sometimes just not working, especially in the rooms.

I visited the place with my girlfriend in October so the seaside and whole area was very quiet as we were far from the holiday season. Polite staff, sparkling clean room and the accommodation matched our expectations. Recommended!

The setting in the olive garden is nice, property feels secure and calm, the pool was an unexpected treat. Restaurant staff on point.
Very basic room all around (for instance in the shower cabin there's no shelf to hang a shower gel), quite small for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children at 22 square meters, the tiled floors can be slippery, bed was smaller than it was initially planned by the decorators (the fixed nightstand are 10/15 away from the bed, making it easy for a small child to fall in between. General cleaning is good, but a bit more attention to details would do no harm (in the small passage in between the balcony doors there were quite a few tufts of hair from previous guests).
Although we appreciate the restaurant to be popular (and we did dined in 4 evenings out of our 5 nights stay there) it would be nice for the guests of the hotel to have some sort of facilitations. Or at least not having to pay the infamous "coperto" for a 11 months old baby laying in his buggy.
