The hotel but it did not meet expectations, it needs a bit of TLC and maintenance in places, also I would say that some of the cleaning is not up to 4 star standard.
The hotel is more geared to families than a relaxing weekend away as the pool and spa (sauna, jacuzzi and steam room) are all in one location, not exactly a place to relax with kids everywhere and music playing. Only one of the showers in the spa works, the water fountain is out of action and on steam room was not working at the end of our stay (lack of maintenance).
For a 4 star hotel the breakfast is very average.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool, massages and the restaurant. The staff at SPA (both swimming pool & massages) is amazing and the waiters in the restaurant are just..exceptional! We have never met this type of service before. The restaurant staff deserves 100/10. Especially the lady who brought pizza and salad (pizza was so delicious with garlic sauce) and the man who served us in very friendly and welcome manner - joking with us during our dinner. Without these two individuals the overall experience would be have been much worse.
The room was not one of the best for sure. The bathrobes were old and without logo (other guests had this), no slippers (but there were at SPA), no tea bags, sugar, spoons (but there were tea cups and kettle) and what was more frustrating - dirty bed sheet (blood spots and hair)

the view was not on the mountains, but on the construction site. They refused to change our number. pool and spa are dirty. service is terrible

Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste.
We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best.
Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.
At the time of our stay there was construction going on on the oter side of the road by Jaworzynka mountain. The noise in the morning if you wanted to sleep in was not good. But being in such a nice mountain setting, you don't really stay in the room for long.

Everything as described. Cozy room with balcony and mountain view. Pools and sauna are great place to rest and relax.

Location of the property is across the road from the slope
Beds and bedding’s are very basic for a 4 star hotel. Pillows are too flat and small, and mattress very uncomfortable. There was a smoke smell in our rooms, assuming that cleaners are smokers as it was evident after they cleaned the room. Shower pressure not existent and staff cannot speak English. Too much chlorine in the swimming pool which put us off using it.

A decent hotel next to the ski lift. Nice ski rent on the site, pool, hammam & dry sauna, jacuzzi outside.
It is reckless that the spa staff don't wear masks while Poland hits record Covid-19 cases & deaths... This hotel's health policy is only on paper. Only waiters in the restaurant wore masks.

Excellent location, staff and facilities. I highly recommend the room with private Sauna. Perfect for the families and for weekend with friends.
