Room was OK, clean and adequately equipped. Breakfast was good. Location not pretty, but convenient for access as on edge of Dole.

Beds were to hard no restaurant and everything seemed run down and dirty. Not the usual standard I'd expect from Campanile

Room was good, location was very good. Staff was very good, Breakfast was very good. Need a little upgrade to the toilet flush. If you can put a little bigger board near the hotel to direact to the entrance, it will be helpful.

Near to motorway.

Location unappealing. Matting on floors to rooms very worn and dangerous re tripping hazard. On arrival, found toilet had been used and not flushed, therefore assumed it hadn’t been cleaned.

The two members of staff we had contact with were very pleasant and worked hard having to do everything from receptionist to waiter. Their understanding of English was excellent (embarrassed to say our French in comparison is very poor)

The room was extremely basic and the external block it was in was very dated. Floor coverings on the access balconies were torn and dangerous trip hazards especially at the top of stairs. The cost was excessive and not at all value for money bearing in mind we were aware it is a budget.hotel. We have stayed at Campanile hotels before and been happy with them. Very recently we were at the Mestre (Venice) Campanile which was cheaper and far, far superior to this at Dole. Overall a very disappointing stay (but this was no reflection on the staff who were very courteous and helpful.

The restaurant is okay, but the cook doesn't seem to have heard of spices. Great mobile reception thanks to antenna next door.

"Courtyard view" = parking lot view and noise from the highway; "garden view" = some bushes and industry buildings. Trash everywhere on the property.

The place looked tired, it can do with a refurbishment inside and outside. We stayed various time before, as we use Campanile hotels a a stop over for our drive to the Alps.

Staff /personal smiling attitude & flexibility to make working while travelling a very nice experience!

Staff were excellent. Basic room was good for an overnight stop on a long journey. Hot food available. AntiCovid measures in place.

The bed was very hard, not comfortable at all, poor night's sleep.
