Personal muy agradable, cama grande y cómoda, ubicación excelente
Todo muy antiguo o deteriorado: ascensores que iban cuando querían, teléfono de la habitación sin funcionar, la tele se veía fatal, se escuchaba cualquier ruido, manilla del wc o marcos del ascensor rotos, gym sin funcionar el aire y bastante justo y deteriorado el material que había, la llave de la habitación se desmagnetizaba mirándola, no tenían plancha para prestar, aire acondicionado del hotel (no de la habitación) que no funcionaba…

La ubicacion
No me respetaron el precio, me agregaron el IVA cuando no debia ser. Me cobraron re caro y pague en precio $$$ un 5 estrellas, pero lo real es que bajo la calidad y servicio de todos. Deberian promocionarlo como si fuese un 4 estrellas.

Great beds, overall well kept hotel, good facilities but nothing too special. The staff were wonderful and the pool area was really clean! Overall an incredibly clean hotel! Restaurant was good too.
- We had a “river view room” but honestly you couldn’t see anything as a tree blocked the view
- Rooftop bar was closed during our stay
- Breakfast booking system inefficient
- WiFi really below acceptable level (fine for emails/web browsing, not for much more).

The staff at the hotel was extremely nice, helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was very good, and the restaurant "La Mission" had excellent food and service. The pool area was very nice as well.
The swimming pool seemed to need a bit of maintenance (the water was not clear, sort of cloudy, and tiles were coming off).But overall it was good value for the price.

pretty view over the river
pool was too small for the property, couldn’t get any chairs at the pool for the 2 days we were there, and at check in they tip you off on the exchange rate - refused to bill in the currency it was booked but used an exchange rate that was 10% off.

more hot dishes for breakfast needed. Although, staffs need to learn English.. hard to communicate with them even in the front.
