Nice friendly little Hotel, near Harbour - in a quiet surrounding

The room was generous in size for a single room, and was very clean. Breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the centre of Friedrichshafen. This was my second stay here.

Room was spacy. Location was great for Friedrichshafen. Specially as we were going to cruise at lake Bodensee.
There was no Aircondition and it was hot hot. Room was on second floor and no elevator.
Parking was where ever around the city you could find a parking.

Nice spacious room with good facilities. Very quiet despite location of hotel. Hotel is in good location for the town activities. Nice breakfast included.
Hotel doesn’t look very nice from outside and check in was a bit weird However the inside of the hotel plus the room was very nice. Room was very warm and fan was pretty ineffective

Very quiet on a quiet street.
Room is like new, completely updated.
The breakfast room is a very nice area decorated nicely with lots of windows and plants.
The breakfast was wonderful. Great coffee machine. Very good breakfast buffet.
Checkin requires a phone call and my phone was dead. You need a code to get in the front door. Sending the code in an email before checkin would help a lot. The feather pillow is not most peoples first choice. Any thing else would be fine.

The proprietor was very welcoming and is also a keen motorcyclist so we had a good conversation.
The room was on the top floor and spotlessly clean. It had a basin and shower with WC outside in the corridor. I was aware of this when booking and the WC was very modern and clean. No complaints.
Breakfast was also great - the best I've had in ages.
I also loved all the contemporary artwork around the building.

I had a room with one bed and it’s own bathroom. The room was small, but cute and very clean. There is a bar downstairs with a big selection of drinks, and Vilma, the bartender and owner is very accommodating.

There was a variety of food for breakfast.
Check-in by mobile phone till midnight is possible.
For 1 standard solo room:
The color of the wall chippes off in some places. The bed was too small for a 1,80 m tall person. The sliding of the shower stuck a little bit.
