Very nice, quite, small, cosey, clean hotel in an excellent location.

I don't like it, when there is no 24-hour presence at the reception desk. As we arrived after 16:00, for the check-in, I had first to phone a number, after which I received instructions how to retrieve my card. What if my phone battery had been empty ? What if we had closed the door of the room later and forgotten the card inside ? And also, I don't like it, if the other hotel guests know that there is nobody at the reception desk to call if they start making some trouble. And, last but not least, what if a fire starts in such a hotel at night, with nobody in charge to take care of the situation ?

The location is reasonably close (500m) to an area with free parking.

Not particularly clean. A lot of small stuff was broken/not in order. The rooms were badly ventilated.

The room was very spacious with an nice big balcony to have breakfast. The location is also very good.

There was a horrible smell in the room that we couldn't get rid of so we had to keep the windows open the entire time to make the smell somewhat durable. Luckily we were there during summer so it was warm enough during the night and it only resulted in some extra mosquitoes. We assume it was coming from the carpet as this seemed quite old and was giving off red colour when you were walking on it.

This was right next to the building I was admitted to. My husband stayed local while I was in the hospital. Staff was friendly and considerate.
