Great central location, bed was really comfortable, staff member booking in was extremely polite and helpful. And it's a pub.....
We've been to Louth for a visit in the daytime and couldn't help but notice the amount of pubs there. We decided to stay the night and explore a bit more and had a fantastic time. Didn't even manage to visit all the pubs but one we missed was a spoons so didn't miss much there.
The hotel had a small car park which was unfortunately full so had to park in the council car park round the corner. Couldn't put a ticket on the car longer than 4 hours so had to get up at 7.30 just to put a new ticket on the car. When this was my only complaint and it had nothing to do with the hotel really, it must have been a good place to stay.

Sadly no food available, so brekkie out. But otherwise all ok & cant complain for the price of accomodation & location.

Room very clean excellent bathroom…….downfall on second day & night had no heating to room
We were there over the weekend so of course very noisy. Would not have wanted to stay in. Bar for any length of time. Room very noisy & full of smell of smoke.

We expected noise with it being a pub, but the noise was crazy loud!! Also place could do with a deep clean

The location
The room was dated and the beds were not level our feet were a lot higher than our head's making it uncomfortable. The shouting, swearing and fighting on our return was frightening for my partner.

From start to finish great ..lovely lady who checked us in and we where a little early so thankyou very grateful. Carnt falter anything everything was good.

Perfect for the price... Check in was fast and they put the heating on in my room immediately.
For £65 it was better than expected...

central location - friendly staff- easy check in- comfy bed- warm room- fresh soft towels- complimentary toiletries- spacious room-
No place to store toiletries in the bathroom. Mirrors too high. Shower cubicle plastic cracked at the bottom and not clean on the outside (absolutely clean inside). Sofa that has seen better days and awful burgundy cushions and bed throw (faded, paint stained). Squeaky bathroom door

Although no food available we found a nice cafe opposite and had a lovely breakfast

The beds were comfy.
Unfortunately the family room is based right above the pub, and the noise travels up into the room, very noisy. Room were really hot too. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Lightbulbs were very dim.

Great location in the town centre, room was a perfect size, they were very welcoming and accommodating as I was leaving before 7am, i will definitely stay again.
There was nothing I didn't like.
