great location on the beach. lovely pool and great breakfast. staff were friendly. rooms were big and comfortable. restaurant was good and very good value for money. nearby some great restaurants.

it would be nice to have a gym facility

the resort was great- quiet, peacfull, and everything we wanted from it. if possible i would reccomend booking the jr. suite or beach front rooms. location and facility wise. the girls working in the resort were just lovley! tip- if you're walking to town (7 min walk) go through the emty lot next to the resort. will save you a few min wal and much more peacefull

we upgraded our room to the jr suite and i must say that i was really surprised as to what a huge gap there is in the maintnance of the rooms and the amount of time and effort the resort gives these room in comperasment with the regular rooms. the only guy in the breakfast room wasnt the nicest, but no big deal.

The staff in hotel is very friendly and helpful. However I have the impression that there is not enough of them. The hotel has very nice beach and swimming pool. Enough sun beds and very comfy beanbags for all.

The rooms were not clean when we checked in. A lot of dust and many places which were not cleaned for a long time. Only after noticing the reception they cleaned it better. It looks like it was nice hotel few years ago but now it requires refreshment. Both rooms and the surrounding (like pavement is not really even so might be dangerous at night because smaller alleys don't have enough lighting). The prices at the beach restaurants are really to high for the standard the hotel offers nowadays. And beer costs more than the in the room fridge (so what is the point?). Be careful because the prices in the menu are shown without VAT, so the final price is higher.

The hotel is well-situated near the white and peaceful Khlong Prao Beach. Their room is nicely decorated and has a nice space for two which we do very much enjoy the coziness during the day. We love that every room has their own fountain to clean the sand off your feet before entering the room. Also the design of the bathroom is very impressive. Especially the use of natural light and the indoor garden.

The sign that shows the hotel location could have been a bit bigger. We miss the turn several times especially at night because it's very difficult to see the hotel sign and occasionally we need to use the entrance from the neighbor hotel to enter. Please improve the restaurant food quality. The taste is very not up to the standard of the hotel.

Resort was great. Was not to crowded so easy to get a beach chair. They had Thai massage options on the beach which were very affordable compared to other places we had stayed. location was great, a short walk to the main road where you could catch taxis and a 7-11 right by there. Breakfast was great, had lots of options for food. Wi-fi worked well.

The location is at the beach and the stuff is very friendly.

Our first room was not very clean and little animals were in the bed. It was really disgusting. The second room was also not very clean and the sheets on the bed were very dirty. Both of the rooms smelled musty and you could see dark spaces on the wall in the corners. When we rose the concerns the staff offered to change the linen in the first rooms with the animals in the bed. But this would not have changed the fact that the animals were living in the bed not in the linen. We did not want to stay one night and the manager promised us that we get our money back. We also got a paper saying this. So we are still waiting for the rerun of the money, but hopefully they stick to their promise.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The views were amazing. Rooms were big and my bathroom and shower were nice. Location was great. Breakfast was decent

BF limited food, for the western pallet Mainly Thai food,it was good but not for breakfast.

There were no chairs of comfort, arm chairs sofas etc The spar, massarge facility and gym, we're all closed.

it was disappointing everything seemed closed there was no effort there the pool bar looked derelict and everything else

Little maintenance is done. There wasn’t enough water pressure to fill the bath tub. The restaurant is mediocre, breakfast is adequate. But, several near by restaurants deliver so you can still have a nice lunch on the beach. The bungalows are densely packed together, if you don’t pay for the premier deluxe villa, your balcony will be just a couple meters from the back of another bungalow. The balcony furniture is not comfortable.

Huge property, very spacious room, staff are good in front office and break fast was good and the staff are really very attentive and they prepared vegetarian in the morning break fast. staff are good in the restaurant. The operations Manager Ms.Oam (I hope name is correct), good and very helpful. also the front desk staffs.
