Well-equipped apartment. Very comfortable garden with a beautiful view of the sea coast. The staff was nice and ready to support us during our very late check-in.

The resort location is on a steep hill above the sea. You have to count on a physical effort to reach the beach area by walking, especially when returning back up to the hill.

Be very careful booking your accommodation here. They have a handful of properties very close to the beach, across the road from the reception, which is marked on the map. The majority of their properties are 1km away, directly uphill from the beach. This is apparently clearly indicated on the French and Italian versions of Booking.com, but is not (or was not) clearly shown on the English language page. We were offered a condo, basically, 1km from the beach - if you have kids below a certain age, that dramatically affects your holiday. Upon discovering that the English language pages did not clearly show where the actual accommodation was, the staff were (reluctantly) helpful. But that took about 15 minutes of occasionally hot tempered discussion. I do not know therefore how to rate this other than to say: be very careful when booking here. Assume the property is 1km away from the beach unless it clearly states otherwise.

Our „villa close to the beach“ was literally 150m far away from the very nice bay santa giulia. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Our son liked the pool as well. Exclusive restaurant just around the corner.

Cutlery has seen better days and should be replaced.

Patio furniture needs a refresh, we didn't really use patio as furniture was old and very tired looking, a few more basic amenities would be useful like hand soap and more than 1 roll of toilet paper, our unit was okay but lacked warmth ie no pictures on the walls or pillows on the couch

The view was superb, overlooking one of the best beaches in the south of Corsica. Lots of fun activities at the Plage de Santa Giulia and restaurants/paillotes. We were able to enjoy the room from morning to night, as we made our meals and enjoyed dining with the nice surroundings. The tennis courts made for a great start to the day, and the pool is deliciously warm to be able to hang out, play or get in some laps. Loved this location and place.

We didn't get proper amount of basic provisions - like toilet paper (hardly enough for a day), nor dish soap (which we had to buy) or paper towels or cloths to clean up during our stay and before we left.

Loved the view over Santa Giulia Bay from the front of our mini villa 431 and when dining on our terrace. Fixtures were modern and there was a good selection of equipment and plenty of plates etc for self catering, without having to wash up after each meal. Great to have a dishwasher and be provided with starter kit of 3 dishwasher tablets, a dish scourer, tea towel and mini washing up liquid.

Beware its a very steep climb (15mins if going up) between villas in this section where 431 was located (just above shared pool) and reception (half way down) and then the beach and restaurants beside it. We drove to reception then walked to beach from there one eve to dine out. Villas are spread over a wide area of hillside in different zones and we didn't know where we would be until we checked in. No hairdryer or bathroom soap or shower gel provided, so ensure you bring these. Villa rather bland/sterile in style, if it wasn't for the great view. A bright modern picture in bedroom and lounge would do wonders, but small thing really. Didn't try pool just below our villa as we only stayed 3 nights and loved exploring stunning local beaches like Palombaggia and Rondinara (Santa Giulia was busier and had more seaweed).

Close to the beaches

Nothing was provided, not even hand soap so this is not convenient for a short stay. A lot of mosquitoes so we couldn’t open the windows, and the air con was old and not functioning properly.

The staff in reception were very friendly and informative & spoke very good English. We were also met at the apartment by Fabio who was very helpful. Our apartment had a fantastic view (rm 308). Lovely terrace with comfy chairs, dining table and gas bbq. Our apartment was close to the outdoor swimming pool. The beach was beautiful.

Our apartment was at the top of a very steep hill from the beach, but because of this we had the amazing view.

A lot of vegetation around apartments, big heated swimming pool, exceptional sandy beaches.

I’d love to give more than 10 stars. The place is lovely, beach breathtaking, but still the most exceptional is staff. We were welcomed with an upgrade to 2 bedrooms appartment that was located close to the heated swimmingpool. We could also benefit from private garden. We were unlucky to break our car during our stay and we have received a lot of support - we were able to check out later free of charge.

Very friendly staff! They let us check in earlier and check out later with a baby. Great location! The hotel gives access to that part of the beach where the sun lasts the most and there’s less wind comparing to the central part of the beach which is important with a baby. The bungalows are renovated and well equipped ! The shower is new. The beds are comfortable. And the door are almost soundproof.

The smell in oone of the bathrooms was a bit off.

Hot tub not working properly for first 3 days. There was a problem with the control console which should have been noticed during their routine daily checks. It was eventually replaced on day 4 after numerous complaints to reception. Location definitely requires use of a car. This should be made clear during booking. The tiny shop on site was almost empty of stock and was only open a couple of hours a day and not every day. Without a car there was no where else to buy provisions. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within a 10 minute walk, all of which were expensive and only one had a couple of veggie choices. Our villa was at the top of a fairly steep hill which could be a problem for some people and again should have been made clear at the time of booking. As it was getting near to the end of the season some of the facilities were just not available.

Amazing location. Beautiful views of the beach. Basic, but comfortable little villas. Pool was great and alot larger in person. Bed was very big.

Walking distance to the beach

The flat was not like one would expect when looking at the pictures. We most likely had the tiniest terrace, it wasn't very clean or fresh and clearly no fit for babies. Compared to other houses and villas in Corsica, this one was too expensive for what they offer. And breakfast was clearly not worth the 15 eur!!!
