Good location, balcony view and AC, that's it.
Room was not clean, there were flies upon arrival. Bathroom was small and old with falling handles. The bed was old and creaks. The balcony door was very old and was hard/impossible to close/lock it all the way. All furnitures/doors were old in general. The entrance door lock was also a very old one and we had trouble locking/unlocking with the key due to this. Wi-Fi was working only if you are standing up and only if you are right in front of the main door or bathroom, no connection in the other rooms. Price quality is definitely NOT worth it. Save yourself the trouble and pick another place to have your vacation.

The location is very good, right by the beach and close to the center. The staff is friendly and polite. The hotel style is very appealing!
The hotel is overall old, which means everything is old. I didn't expect much because the price was fairly cheap. So for its money the room is okay.

Staff was very kind and answered all our questions. Location is great - few steps to supermarkets, bakery, gyros and about 10 minutes walk to city centre where you can find many restaurants, bars, shops…
Also very close to beach and bus stop if you need to get to Thessaloniki (takes about 2,5 hours for 13€).
We had two bedroom apartment - one room is nice, big enough, with balcony and wardrobe, the other one is very small and dark (window is very close to other building) basically without daylight and there is no place to keep your stuff.
There is small fridge, hairdryer and kettle to make a tea or coffee (also available).
Bathroom needs to be updated and maybe stronger bleacher could be used in shower. The shower is very small, also curtain could be helpful here.

The staff is very friendly and the place is cleaned every day. All the great beaches are close and there is free parking in the neighbourhood.
Terrible wi-fi, it was not functioning most of our stay! The furniture in the rooms it's unnecessary big. The bathroom is really bad, even though its cleaned regularly its rusty and unpleasant for using.

The beach is the worst in whole Sithonia (water seems dirty).
