feels like a rip off that you have to pay 15€ a night for a balcony and 20€ a day for parking. A 63€ per night stay turned into a 98€ stay… wouldn’t stay again.

The staff at reception were so helpful. The breakfast was excellent with an amazing view. Bikes always available. Bedroom lovely with a fridge.

Worst hotel experience ever! WARNING! If you value your money and time DO NOT COME HERE!!! We reserved our hotel room 2 months prior and one week before arriving they sent us a text saying that they are going to be overpacked and we would need to switch rooms one time. To me this is inconceivable, you're running a hotel, how on earth do you not plan the rooms ahead and why would you let people reserve rooms on booking when it is in fact already reserved by someone else? We said sure, no problem, but this should've been a huge red flag to us. We wanted to spend a week in the hotel, after the fourth day we had to switch rooms. That would've been fine BUT they wanted us to bring all of our stuff to the lobby and we wouldn't have had a room for 5 hours while they're cleaning the room we were supposed to move in. The cleaning staff were super rude, my mom was sitting at a tiny table, working silently and they would kick her stuff around telling her to move because "they can't clean while she's sitting in the corner" literally taking up 1x1 m2 space maximum. We finally got to move in to the new room the next day the phone rings at 8 IN THE MORNING telling as that we need to switch rooms AGAIN! When we told the manager no, that was not our deal, we were only supposed to move once, he started yelling that he was going to call the police. This is not under any circumstance proper customer service. Why not just move the new guest whos checking in into the room you wanted us to go to? To put it shortly: extremely bad hotel, horrible costumer service, super rude staff, THEY ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY STOLE OURS!!! We had to check out after day 5 because the amount of distrespect made us uncomfortable.
