The staff were very welcoming. The room was Spacious with a lovely balcony. The restaurants were superb with a good range of tasty food.

It could of had a table and a couple of chairs on the balcony.

Very impressed with parking area as we had a trailer too. Very easy to get to from motorway. Staff were very friendly and everything comfortable and clean. Our dog was travelling with us, and she liked it. We didn't use the restaurant or cafeteria/self-service as it was called, but it looked busy enough with residents and local folk I think. We enjoyed breakfast.

once you enter the hotel premises there’s a nice vibe and the pool looks great! the inside looks cute and tidy. breakfast was nice 😊

lots of mosquitos. could not sleep after 7am as there was so many mosquitos we had to get up to deal with them every couple of minutes. do not open the window. we stay there for a night on 24/09 also, the bed was not very comfortable

Staff unhelpful and during breakfast spent more time talking to each other than looking after guests. Stayed again about ten days later different staff much better attitude.

This hotel is excellent and always stay here enroute, if possible.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, there was no fridge in our bedroom but the staff put what we needed in theirs. The pool is clean but overcrowded sometimes. Free parking on the hotel site. You need 5 minutes by car to Elvas and 20ish minutes to Badajoz

The pool was a real positive. The restaurant was worth a visit food lovely but at first appears pricey, however after a visit into town the restaurants there are very expensive making this a much more affordable option.

Rooms very basic and the location is on a main road and hotel right next to a lorry park.

Everything. Very clean, nice rooms, excelente swimming pool, great restaurant and self. The employees are super nice. Close to Elva's town center and Badajoz. Excelente price/quality. Highly recommended. Note: in the restaurant D. Januário MUST try the chicken 👏

our room was meant to be a deluxe double ? I could hardly walk around the bed our bathroom was so small my wife had to exist the bathroom before I could enter I james my fingers beetween the door and the sink I also had to kill 11 mosquitoes before we could go to sleep and the window was closed . there is no bar in the hotel and the pool closes on a Monday till 2 pm for mantanece why didn’t the do it early morning before we wanted to use it we had to find something to do till it opens . breakfast was not that good either don’t know what the done with the scrambled eggs but they looked awful and the breakfast was the same for the 5 days we were there
