nous avions des voisins bruyants tard le soir et très tôt le matin. Les chambres ne sont pas assez isolées

The gulf view is amazing, the food is tasty. The proprietors were quite helpful in recommending places to visit and stores to shop for clothing.

Lovely clean room with the balcony looking towards the Golfo di Manfredonia and the marina. Nice walk along the promenade (about 1 mile), to the marina and into the town. Lots of places to eat and drink although not used as the hotel restaurant was superb. Easy parking and access with excellent staff, one of whom escorted us to a much needed car wash. Great place to use as a base for visiting the nature reserve and Monte S. Angelo which is a "must see"
The rear patio area was a little enclosed although quite pleasant. The shops, bars and restaurants are approximately 1 mile from the hotel, fine if you like a walk.

accessible to the city center. ocean front and lice promenade for walking especially in the morning. Staff are so friendly especially Roberto who is so helpful and thoughtful of his guests.

The hotel is near the marina where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We booked double room and recieved a room for three, so it was big. The breakfast was the best we had during whole week, including vegetables, fruits and eggs.
The reception was very friendly. There is on site parking.
Since we arrived at the end of October, the air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel should notify that when it is booked. The rooms facing the see are on the main noise road and it isn't possible to sleep with an open window.
The hotel is very far from the center of the town. You need a car to go there.

A very pleasant surprise. This family run hotel is a true gem. Very nice room with balcony overlooking the golf. Excellent restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Saturday evening the place was full of Italian familes ejoying the very good food. The staff in the restaurants was professional and friendly and the reception was very helpful assisting with tips for excursions. We can only give the highest praise.
The beach directly in front of the hotel is not that inviting, but there are nice beaches in the town only a few hundred meters away.

The breakfast, the location, parking, and the staff were excellent in every sense of the word. My room also had a spacious balcony overlooking the bay that was amazing.
Air conditioning hadn't been turned on in the hotel, and the first night was rather warm.

The location is great - on the seafront and the room and breakfast were excellent. The staff, as with most folks in Puglia, were fabulous. They go the extra mile to help and make the stay memorable.
