Food was amazing, staff are friendly and always smiley. The cleaners do a great job every day.

There was a big gap between lunch and dinner.

The hotel was exceptional value for money, fantastic location and very clean. We couldn't have asked for more.

No entertainment, same music plating over and over for two weeks.

Good shower and swimming pool

Lots of common services were available at extra charge. High price would normally include a good breakfast but this was not included. Free wifi in room available at extra charge... Not seen this since 2007... :) pool towels available for rent. Room was not very large. Kitchenette included but without cooker, electric plate or utencils and cups so basically useless! This was included on the description but not provided.

The staff was very rude to us. We booked a room with kitchen, but all the facilities were locked in the warehouse, so we had to ask about it. However, the answer was very rude like they do a favor.. The slides at the pool also didn’t work until we ask to turn them on for kids. We didn’t like the fact that you have to beg for smth that should be in the hotel without asking.

The location was close to everything. McDonald’s & BK 3 mins way. beach 10min pubs , 5-10 mins Always found something to eat. Drinks were okay as vodka , gin , Wine and soft drinks were included.

10 nights with no entertainment was hard with children. we went out every night for entertainment so spent So much more. we paid for a connecting room, they don’t even offer them!

we liked the all inclusive concept and especially the breakfast buffet, and there were many vegetables. The studio room was nice and we liked having pool

the hotel is situated very close to a mosque, and the prayer call in the middle of the night woke me up every night. The children’s club did not exist, and the playroom was small, unsupervised and very worn/dirty. The pools were nice, but when it is high season and the hotel is fully booked the pools and the pool area becomes too crowded. It would be nice with more variation in the varm meals.

The only good thing we liked about the hotel was the beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size The hotel is not that close to anything sadly lots of businesses have shut down so limited on things to do within walking distance. Got a cab every morning and evening make sure to allow at least £20 per day for this or hire a car

Don’t know where to start really whilst a few of the staff were friendly the majority were unhelpful and rude made us feel they didn’t want foreign tourists there Do not do the all inclusive unless your happy to queue up like school dinners then if you can find a table to eat at, if not people were having to sit on sunloungers or on their laps in reception people we spoke to said they wish they hadnt opted all inclusive as food was awful and apparently the alcoholic drinks were really watered down - the hotel were trying to charge us £1200 for 4 of us for 2 weeks - think we had a lucky escape as there are lots of beach restaurants that serve up great food On arrival at 4.30am reception advised they had overbooked the hotel so we were put into top floor room which meant going up 5 flights of stairs with two small children and zero help with our luggage - no lifts reading other reviews looks like over booking is a regular occurrence! Broken sunbeds and you won’t even get one unless your up before sunrise Swimming pool - so dirty you couldnt see the bottom of the pool so didn’t use Cleaners - may as well not have them our bathroom was not cleaned for a whole week not forgetting to mention the blocked shower which overflowed and stank every time you used it. Our bin wasn’t emptied for 4 days, beds not made, towels not changed only hung out to dry, tge maids were also obsessive about taking the drinking glasses and crockery leaving us with glass and one bowl between 4 of us - they did this everyday when we complained they left dirty plastic cups in our room! Description was 5 minute walk to the beach - more like 25 minute walk to the beach on uneven pavements up and down very steep hill in 40 degree heat would not recommend to anyone who has mobility issues

The weather it wasn't the worst hotel but have been in better. Helpfully when arranging a transfer back to the airport

The noise from other guests terrible, shouting & slamming of doors hard to get to sleep. They had a menu for snacks but you couldn't always get anything to eat just catered for all inclusive guests. On day of departure we had to be out of our room by 12 noon they had a shower room but we could only have 1 towel saw other guests with about 4 or 6,we had to share1 towel
