Great view, in front of the lake and there is a convenient club in front to relax and spend the day.

The room was not really clean, the bed was not comfortable, overall very old looking.

Being at the lake the view is wonderful and you can just walk into the lake. We had a nice terrace and a nice little restaurant with beach chairs in front.

The room was pretty outdated and the matras was horrible with springs and terrible pillows. The room still had hairs from previous guests on the door of the bathroom and on the floor. The drive to the property is not for the faint hearted, going down steep in sharp turns on a very narrow road.

Great hotel just by the lake; we had a balcony which gave us fabulous views over the lake. staff very helpful.

Hotel is in a quiet location, but easy access to all other places via car. Without a car will be a bit difficult. In the summer time you can swim from the beach in front of the hotel . Breakfast was also nice. Hotel restaurant for dinner was beyond the expectations. great food and great service. and a great wine list as well.

perfect hit on value/money. 15 minutes drive to city of Como, view from the room is outstanding. clean room, although we stayed for two nights only they changed the towels and everything(which is pretty surprising due to low price for the region) I completely suggest it, if you want to stay there while on the eurotrip, or whatsoever. if it’s not a stop but a final destination of your trip, you would rather spend a bit more of money) also, host, the lady, is very good, nice welcome and everything.

shower a bit too small, bed and pillows are a bit not comfortable, decoration of the room is outdated. but don’t take me wrong, it’s very good, and these are just the minor things that you look into if you really want to find something, otherwise it’s exceptional!

hotel was 30 min to como with bus but ig you dont have a car do not come the bus is soooooo bad never on time and after bus stop uou have youse a loooooong steps down with lagguage its terrified

Location- Location- Location, what more can I say? This place sits right on the lake front and I trust that every room has lake view which is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are good size.

The rooms are a little dated and would need some upgrade. The bathroom is rather small and it might help to remove the bidet which blocks a big part of it.

The view from our room was spectacular and everyone at the hotel were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and we especially appreciated the possibility to order different types of coffees straight from the kitchen.

Even though the view was amazing, the room itself was rather plain and perhaps a bit outdated. Same reflected to other living areas in the hotel. The closest store is located in Como center, which is good to note if you're arriving late or by public transport.

View onto the lake is fantastic, breakfast standard buffet. Free parking helpful. Good stop over for exploring the lake.

We liked EVERYTHING! Staff was super-nice, the location is 15m from the lake, the lake view was magnificent at sundown, the dinner and breakfast were tasty and fresh, we parked our bike right in front of the entrance... The hotel is well above its category and deserves at least three stars!

We were afraid that the 180° u-turns on the steep road to the hotel might pose a challenge to our H-D Electra Glide, but luckily all went smoothly. Less experienced riders of heavy bikes such as ours - test your hairpin turning skills prior to booking this hotel, or just leave the bike on the main road and enjoy Lake Como from this excellent hotel on foot.

There isn’t air conditioning in rooms, too low pressure of water in bathroom.

Nice hotel by the beautiful lake with extremely helpful and friendly owners and staff. The hotel has a bar, a good restaurant and just across the street a beach bar. Large rooms with sea view. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
