The staff was super friendly. The hotel is right in the center of Copenhagen. The hotel is super cheap. Best for solo travelers like me.

The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was not clean enough. There was no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom). The hotel does not have a lift.

Really nice staff, the room had a nice and cozy design, bathroom had a big shower for a danish standards.

The bathroom was really annoying because it was so little, that even you didn't have space for the toilet and the shower, so when you took a bath, you had to clean the whole bathroom just because it will always be flooded cause there was no separation from the shower. In other hand the first floor was the 4th floor, no elevator it was always terrible have to go up 4 floors

The bathroom, the shower is not a separate item, so if you you shower you wet the whole bathroom floor. It was a bit smelly and with some mold as well. There is a club downstairs that you can hear at night and you can hear between rooms / the corridor a lot. No elevator

It was 5th floor with very hard staircase. Cleaning: linen was good, floor was not clean. Shower did not work good.

The room was clean, visually pleasing and functional. The location was conveniently near the Central Station and a 10 minute walk from the main square. The shower room was clean and the towel was replaced every day. I was warm at night and the TV set was good quality. I had a view of the street from the window. The staff were friendly.

I didn't discover how to lower the window blind so I turned the light off when I needed privacy. There was a potential for mould to build up in the shower cubicle although this wasn't yet an issue. I had to take my toiletries off the shelf to prevent them from getting wet when showering.

That the 3rd bed wasn't a bunkbed but an actual bed.

Only stairs. Both my mom and sister could use an elevator. Furthermore our door broke, so we needed the staff the whole weekend to open up for us. The food that we storaged in the fridge was ruined because the power was going off everytime we left the room. First morning we couldn't shower because of the drain. Water wouldn't sink.

Single rooms are terrible. Toilet, sink and shower all together in a 1 square meter bathroom, you shower in your sink. . Moldy windows that don't close. Light shade lets sun in, which makes you wake up at 6 every morning. 4th floor with no lift. No daily cleanup or bed making in the room. Half of the room ceiling is a slanted attic on which you hit your head.

It tooks a couple of minutes to understand how to deal with the shower but it was a short trip so that's ok!

it was close to downtown

there was no elevator, tv didn’t work, bathroom had small bugs inside of one of our rooms, and a wet spot on the floor of the other, they took a security deposit which felt uncomfortable, the door didn’t close properly and way too much noise outside in the streets.

There is no wardrobe in the rooms. If You have clothes with you, ask in reception for hanger!!! In general, regarding the facilities supplied in this hotel the assessment may be two stars, no more.
