Ende November war das Hotel eher locker belegt. Es war aber trotzdem alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv ist uns das Frühstück aufgefallen, die Croissants und die Nuss-Nugat-Creme sind extrem lecker. Unbedingt probieren! Weiterhin: Die Tipps vom Hotel-Team zu Dingen, die man in Lüneburg und Umgebung anstellen kann, waren eine super Ergänzung zu unseren bereits geplanten Aktivitäten.

The location is lovely and the city easily accessible by bus. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed any problems. The facilities and garden are relaxing. The pool was quiet and refreshing. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. We had a lovely two night stay.

The beds were very soft and the shower head was broken and not very clean but immediately exchanged when we mentioned this.

Very clean, beautiful garden and swimming pool. The surroundings are beautiful just like the town of Lüneburg.

Turned out to be a hotel without dining/ lunch facilities, we were surprised by that. Was not mentioned on Booking.

Breakfast was great and the room was nice, with a terrace.

The location. It was a little remote as I cant drive, but there is a bus which goes from opposite the hotel, daytime. Also there is a pool, but it was very cold.

Fabulous countryside location right by the river

Tried to enter the hotel after 17:00. There is no staff at that time. I had my phone dead. I could only find an instruction written only in German that I didn't understand. It was a challenge to get in.

Quite and natural surroundings, well maintained garden. Very good breakfast served with local products.

According to the description it’s supposed to be a “hotel”, however the reception is closed around 15:00. Well the self-checkin is quite easy and convenient but there is no room service in this hotel. Room is quite cozy, but we could hear everything from the room next door includes their TV. Wifi is not working well. The price range of the hotel particularly in this area is not that cheap to compare with the others. But the price doesn’t really match its facility and service at this moment.
