Not sure where to start. Mostly is connected to comfort. Person who introduced me the room was like a soldier with list with several rules - sounded that he wanted to put on point how I can or cannot behave on my holidays. Every single shelf in apartment, shelf in bathroom and even shelfs in fridge were covered with paper towels. Building is newer and seems they are scared that something will be damaged. He said that everyday someone is coming to throw garbage from bathroom since it is not allowed to throw toilet paper into toilet, also apartment has 4 doors towards terrace that I used to lock and put shades on because of high heat. Someone came day after and open all shades and unlock all doors without any care that someone else can freely get in and take what ever of my belongings. Garbage is not emptied. I had some dishes that I put on side, but someone else set in back on storage place pretending that is washed. Be aware of big bugs. 25min walk till Zante sentrum.

If you plan to use the kitchen, don't expect any essentials (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) to be there. The staff was quite insistent on the rules.

We felt like a family home, because the people sanctify the place. Everything pleasant, clean, increased facilities (even some that are missing in hotels) including transfer to the airport. Very good, the room is very clean, the host is very nice, I stayed for three nights, 10 minutes walk from the pier, there is a big supermarket next to it, the room is big, you can also cook, recommended.

For me it was perfect. Just outside the main town but walkable to town centre and ferry port. Good taverna serving local dishes 400m away. Great bakery 100m away. Room provided with all extras including small sewing kit, toothbrush and razor. Extra star for that. Host can’t be more helpful. Free transfer to nearby airport. I will stay here again. Very friendly and friendly staff , the rooms was great very clean 👌 with all the amenities someone's need

Room was very clean and bright with lots of fresh air and light. There was a big balcony and a drying rack, just what you need for a beach holiday. Water pressure is good, beds are comfy, clean towels and even a small kitchen. We are very very pleased by the room and what it offers. Beside that, staff is really helpful. They offer airport shuttle for free and show you around with car for your basic needs like ATM, markets, bakery etc. We werent sure about renting any vehicles so left if to last minute. We were a bit hopeless about finding anything but Mr. Panos helped about it and have us a Quad just in that minute. It was a life saver since due to extreme wind our Shipwreck tour is cancelled to we were very happy to rent the Quad for 2 days. We had unforgettable road trip in Zakynthos. I also accidentally closed the safe box with a random code all our belongings in 🥲 Mr. Panos also helped in a minutes and saved our things 😌👍 We had ferry from Ag. Nikolaos to Pesada (Kefalonia) and he arranged us a taxi with local price and we had nice quiet journey between two sides of the island. Now I am writing this on our way to Kefalonia from the ferry. Thank you Mr. Panos for all the help and great accomodation. We ofcourse couldn't see all of the lovely Zakynthos in 2 days so next year we will come back and would definitely stay here next year again!

The only two downsides were air conditioner is a bit old and works loudly. So it is hard to sleep while ac is on. Also it says there are nets for mosquitoes but there were no mosquito nets on the doors or windows.

The apartment was very spacious and clean.

We decided to spend the first night in Zante Town because of our late flight. This hotel has a good location and is close to the airport so we did not lost time at all. Rooms are tidy, aircon works perfectly. We loved the restaurant nearby!

We just came back home and we already miss our little flat! Really felt like home! Staff is welcoming and helpful. The place is super clean and peaceful. A few minutes walking to bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, atm and petrol station, 20 minutes to the centre. Thank you, you made our holidays even better!

Pettas apartments are located perfectly since Zante is a place where you will be moving around the island constantly. It’s in a quiet place but close to the city center. Our appartment was really clean and tidy. They had left us plenty of gifts like teeth brushes, shoes to be at home or soap. The owner was really kind and nice to us all the time and he helped us out as much as we needed. Gardens were really taken care of.
