The area and surroundings are beautiful, close to the Garda lake. Good parking facilities.

We really missed the airconditioning in our room esp. in this hot part of the country. Bathroom facilities need to be updated. Shower doors were broken. Breakfast okay, but very simple. Staff not able to speak English, not even on a word-level. Very noisy outside with guests on the street side of the hotel.

Breakfast, cleanliness and the staff were all excellent. Really nice place for a break.

Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. We are there for one night during our trip to Italy. Very good cuisine! Angelo very good guy!

Missing air condition.

Nice tidy rooms, very friendly staff despite they don’t speak English. Thanks to Eva, who speak Slovak and helped us with choosing of our dinner. Highly recommended. 💋

Everything was perfect

Very good breakfast! Simple, but clean room. Dinner in the restaurant was also very nice.

Very close to Caprino, a beautiful mountain town with many amenities. Platano is a quiet mostly local get away only a few minutes from Caprino and less than 45 minutes from the ancient magesty and artistic excellence that is Verona

Put screens in the windows. Note: in the center of Caprino right across from the beautiful church is a wonderful green cross all natural product store that sells the aloe Vera to heal your skin from mosquito bites and the natural spray to keep them from using your body like their favorite trattoria! Like the mosquitos, you will find your biggest problem at Albergo Platano to be a little overfed on delicious local flesh, fruit, salad, wine, and gelato: il migliore. The best. I will come back this winter
