Very large apartment with beautiful big windows. We loved the luggage trolleys! Fantastic location walking to the historic centre and supermarkets. Very quiet.

Helpful reception. Excellent location. Quiet, warm and comfortable accommodation. This is our third or fourth visit, and it's certainly somewhere we would like to stay in future.

The only little quibble was that the bed mattress was a bit too firm for my wife - but not for me!

Very well located, close to the centre, 10/15mn walking distance max. The bed was very confortable. Not very big bedroom but it's ok and nice bathroom towels

A bit warm as we had the flat under the roof, be careful in full summer as I didn't see air conditioning as far as I remember. Parking is to be paid but you can easily park for free closely

Apartment Dull and needed updating

Overall room was good and comfortable. Some of the walls needed repairing with rather large cracks but nothing to detract from the stay.

Swimming pool was a little smaller than what i was expecting which is probably more on me than the place.

Good sized apartment with decent bathroom and amenities suiting a few days stay.

Comfortable and well-equipped stay space. 5 Minutes by car to the center of the town. The swimming pool is quite handy. Spacious parking as well.

The room stank of cigarette smoke despite being a none smoking room. The bathroom was mouldy, a far cry from the pictures on the website! The room was generally unclean.

We booked a one bedroom apartment it was very spacious and clean. Excellent location and within easy walking distance to the historic centre of beautiful Dinan. Equally as important, especially for us, it was pet friendly. There are extra charges which are on the Vacancéole home site which explain why the bed was unmade on arrival. You can have a continental breakfast for an extra fee or like many order a morning baguette to take to your room. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

No washing machine. Use the laundromat opposite E.Leclerc, exceptionally clean and well valued.

The apartment is very spacious

I had booked for 4 people, 2 of which had to sleep on a sofa that was not big enough for two adults and very uncomfortable. But most importantly we had to put the linens on the bed?! And even weirder, on the way back the cleaning lady ran after us asking to remove the linen we had used?! Very confusing and unnecessary

Location, Parking, Price

Bland and cold room; no wardrobe or dresser in bedroom. the heater wasn't working so it was cold at the night

We got stuck in traffic so knew we were going to be late so called before our check in time and the lady on reception was very helpful and gave us the info we needed for a late check in. Excellent value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer to use the pool. Next time! Will definitely use again.

Nice big apartment with kitchenette.

Reception area only staffed part of the day, limiting check-in flexibility. Situated about 15 mins walk along main street before getting to historical centre.

Very helpful reception, huge if somewhat basic accommodation and very good value.

There was plenty of space, cooking facilities, everything needed was there. It was lovely and quiet, and the pool Was a bonus.

Spacious room. Easily accessible. Wet room actually safe for my wife to use. Restaurant next door very good.

All was pretty ok considering what we had pay for the room. However, the bed was not made! we had to do it ourselves. We found that very annoying.
