views were amazing. Jesse and his team looking after conferencing were exceptional in their service and willingness to help. He and his team made my stay.

very limited dinner menu - 3 choices and one choice not available both nights if my stay. However, the food I did have was very good.

Calm area and hotel. Good glutenfree bread.

Bedrooms were not clean. Buffet for lunch was expensive and cold. Breakfast was poor with dry bread. Cheese and ham ect was on a plate alteady prepared for the individual due to few guests (no buffet....) and dietary needs as vegetarians was not considered.

Very helpful receptionist: she gracefully accommodated my mistanke in mixed up dates booked. This saved me a lot of trouble.

Disappointed that pool area was closed. That had been a major attraction for picking this fine hotel.

Breakfast is amazing! The view from the window on Oslo is stunning! The bed is very soft. The room is small.

The beds were like sleeping in a cloud - we slept like angels! Dreaming of the delicious breakfast that we would have in the morning!

The only request we had to make was for English tea bags and milk for the room . Not a complaint but just a preference.

the restaurant wasn’t very good, it was expensive for the few options you had and you’re out of luck for service if there’s a private function on because the seem to get forgotten out in the area.

we were located on 4th floor and lift was out of service hence we can take alternative lift only up to the 2nd floor. As we were touring for two weeks from UK we had two large and two small bags each this made it very difficult. I felt they don’t give priority to bookings made via booking.com and put us somewhere out of the way in the hotel so we have long way to the hotel facilities. I must stress staff were helpful. Perhaps we should have asked for a different room - there was a conference on so felt elsewhere would have been noisy.

The view in the night was incredible from the hotel bar! Too bad it was foggy in the morning so couldn't see anything. There were great hashbrowns in breakfast and also the eggs were done well :) Thank you!

Far from center, getting there with public transport was difficult - 15 minute walk from the subway station with poorly lit road that was partially on construction. Coffee could have been better but was okay.

View was amazing. Quiet, green all around.

No shuttle or any means of transport to the metro station. How do they expect hotel guests to drag heavy luggages to the metro station which takes15 minutes to walk? Is it too difficult for a hotel of 156 rooms to dedicate a car for the hotel guests just to solve that problem? In general the service to the guests in hospitality is very poor in Oslo.

Gorgeous resort style property outside of Oslo. If you want to get away from the city and have a great view, this can be your oasis! Uber does come if you need a pickup / dropoff but will take a bit longer so plan for extra time in transit.

Staff checking me in seemed a bit bewildered/at sea and had trouble using the reservation system. The lunch/dinner buffet was a bit disappointing. This seems like a property more geared toward conventions or groups and can be a little weird for a single traveler staying.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel was well placed on top of the hill. I recommend this hotel for family stay as well as stay for business purpose. Breakfast was great. comfortable bed and clean rooms

aero bridge that connects between the buildings. it could be better, need to use two lifts to reach my room from reception.

Very nice place with excellent localization - not in just the downtown, but only 30 minutes with a subway and you reach the mountains. Very calm and soothing. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast (perfect food together with magnificent view and subtle music). Thick carpets - you move like walking on the mosses. Nice rooms, big bathrooms.

Hotel is definitely waiting for renovation and update, but it was expected judging from the reviews, so no bad feelings. Price quality is absolutely fine. Now the best - very rich breakfast, stunning views, history of this place. And trip by train to hotel is worth it
