the staff were nice
everything else. uncomfortable bed, tiny dirty room, mouldy bathroom with broken shower, almost nonexistent parking, air conditioner that is like being coughed on by a sweaty old man, noisy noisy noisy, can hear everything going on in the entire hotel…

Location in first line from sea, dinning room with sea view
Furniture little bit out of date

Just a lively hotel with friendly staff. great breakfast. beautiful location on the beach. reasonable price to hire sunbeds etc but would have been a bonus if they were included. We ate at the hotel every night and the food, service and price were excellent. Really enjoyed our 3 night there
knowing others got a better deal by booking direct but

Right by the beach, spacious room and large bed, nice athmosphere.
The room wasn't immaculately clean, there was dust/ sand in the corners,by the wall. The taxi to the airport is offered at 30€ extra compared to when you book with the same company yourself- just a note for future travellers.

I had a very pleasant stay there. I chose economy room because I didn't plan on spending much time there and it was better than expected. Everything was clean and well thought-out. The room was much better equipped than expected, I really appreciated the air-con and fridge in the summer heat. The beach is amazing. The staff was friendly and cheerful even during the early-morning breakfast - it was served by them due to Covid restrictions. Parking is also a plus, I went by motorcycle and they allowed me to tuck away my bike in a covered corner free of charge.
The room was great, but there was quite a bit of noise and traffic outside - my economy room was on ground level, overlooking the parking places. I didn't mind it a lot, for I wasn't there most of the time, plus I could keep an eye on my bike. I'm just saying this, if you plan on being in your room more, it would be worth it to rent one of the better rooms.

perfect location

We liked the location, the hotel was very venetian. We upgraded to a sea view room and that was no problem for the staff.
The staff were very helpful and kind. Any questions we had regarding transport etc were duly answered.
The menu for dinner was not written in English, so we did not consider having dinner at the hotel. The information regarding sitting on the terrace to have breakfast should be made clear that that is only available in season.

It was a nice hotel, with an oldschool/traditional feeling to it. The staff was superfriendly - and that includes all - from the manager, throught receptions to a gentleman who helped out with parking. The best feature of the hotel is that it is at the beach (you can rent an umbrella and a recliner). The food (especially the dinner) was really good, although the new way of handing out food from a buffet (due to COVID restrictions) posed some challenges.
The room was old-fashioned but ultimately okay (it felt fitting for a hotel at a beach).
Fully knowing that Italians like their breakfest sweet, I think there could be a little more focus on the salty side of things for breakfast (the scrambled eggs and hams could of better quality).
The price was a little steep (even accounting for the beach), but then again it was in the regular price range in the area.

The location is amazing and is fantastic value for money. It is clean and comfortable.
The owner of the hotel would argue with his staff in front of customers, which was unnecessary. This should have been private but was frequent throughout our stay. The staff looked stressed by this kind of management.
The hotel is a little run down and the rooms, particularly the bathrooms need renovating.

The location was really perfect--quiet beachy area that was well-maintained, safe, and comfortable. Parking was easy and included, and bicycles were available for free to borrow. That really was great, since we didn't want to drive much on our vacation!
Breakfast included real eggs made to order and fresh fruit. Portions were generous (though quality wasn't that great).
The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages. They were constantly dealing with issues with many rooms and many people staying there, but maintained good attitudes throughout! H

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. My partner and I both had trouble sleeping, and we both often felt pain after waking up. The pillows weren't supportive.
The hallways were very noisy in the mornings/daytime hours. It was impossible to sleep in past 8-830am. Doors were slamming and people's voices from the hall could be clearly heard in the rooms. I've never slept so poorly on a vacation!
The refrigerator did not keep cold enough on its own to support keeping my medicine in there (I needed to use ice packs also). And the bathroom door didn't lock.
One day we had a really bad smell in the room-- it was unbearable at night. It was fixed the next day, and we were given a temporary room for that night... But the temporary (2nd floor) room had an A/C that couldn't cool the room. It was very humid and hot, so we also didn't sleep well that night. The 2nd floor room also had a shower that didn't work so well (low pressure) and hard beds/low quality pillows.
Also, there were constantly people walking around inside the hotel without masks. Some just hanging out or trying to approach me. We were actually mocked by them (and one of the staff) for wearing masks.
Breakfast items were diverse but rather low quality for Europe (meat/cheese/bread/desserts). Considering the cost of this hotel, I would've expected at least fresh bread. Never had such mediocre quality in Europe.
The cleaning staff also left the balcony door cracked open after cleaning. One day we didn't get back to the room until the late evening, and the door had been left open the entire day! The food & medicine I had in the refrigerator actually spoiled because the A/C was off and the room got so hot.
Also, the staff said we had a "sea view" room... Well, not really. We had a garden/restaurant view...
