Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a good location

There wasn’t much not to like but the building shows it’s age a littke

the lobby was beautiful. we booked the family room which had 2 beds and 2 baths. this is a great way to stay with friends but still have privacy.

the halls to our room were tight and creepy. I wouldn’t come out at night by myself.

Superior room. Only two coat hangers available. Hair drier cut out on anything but cool. Kettle switch held down to stay on. Toilet seat loose. Average shower. No plug for sink.

We had upgraded rooms which had nice views of Amboise castle. Close to both chateaux and wonderful restaurants. Outlets and small lights convenient to the bed.

The toilet is in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. The Shower is in a tub with high walls and difficult to access. Parking is difficult to find during the day. The stairway from the lobby desk to the front door has no railings and can be difficult for older folks with balance issues.

The location was excellent near to the popular street with lots of bars and restaurants

Fabulous pretty French town. Room overlooking river so beautiful view. Ideal location just few minutes walk from chateau, cobbled area with lots of shops and good choice of restaurants and cafes for dinner and breakfast. Parked opposite hotel. Room a bit small but had everything we needed, kettle and tea/coffee but unable to get milk in hotel which was a disappointment. Enjoyed our stay and loved the town and surrounding area - very beautiful.

From our room we did not have any view. It was located at the last floor and the window was on the roof. It was quite dark.

parking can be hard to find a space close to the hotel. great balcony but the door to it from our room was broken and so unable to access direct.

Everything was fine for us,included everything we like. Parking,breakfast and room cleanliness plus a really large comfortable bed and air con Location couldn’t have been better,would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing location!! Great room for my family, comfortable beds with a wonderful view. Had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was also nice.

it’s close proximity to the town

I booked a superior room with a terrace we could not access because the door was broken. when reported to the reception they said they know it’s broken and has been for several days!
