The hotel is spacious and pleasingly decorated with plenty of areas to sit and relax in quiet. The breakfast area is easily negotiated and they have a well shaded and pleasing outside dining area.

Sadly at the pool area the toilets weren’t regularly inspected quite disappointing. There seemed evidence of an outside bar however this long seemed closed and the area was used by the diving and kiddies corner. Having no outside bar meant a lot of wet people in and out of the hotel to get drinks, not really a good option.

The room was in need of maintenance, with cracks in the walls, and a bathroom door that was extremely difficult to open and close. The breakfast buffet was expansive, but lacked variety of healthy choices and fresh juices.

The view from our balcony was fabulous, with the Medes Islands across the water.

The bathroom door is absolutely ridiculous. It is a glass sliding door, with a 4cm gap next to the toilet. So if you get up in the night either the light through the door, the squealing noise of the door sliding, or the noise of your toileting through the gap will wake up everyone in the room. Whoever signed of that design should be fired.

Pool and facilities were brilliant. Children loved it. It was a shame that we only stayed one night before we moved onto our next location.

Good and varied breakfast but dinner wasn't great, especially main course dishes that looked and tasted as though they had been cooked hours before.

Location is just perfect for holiday. Food is so good, and variety. We have got the room on the 5th floor against the beach front, beautiful view from the room.

Indoor swimming pool is always accupied by the children swimming class, not for the hotel's guest 😢😢!!

There were hair in the bad and in the drain and it was not ours !!!!!

Couldn't have asked for anything more. We loved that the room was on the 4th floor and had sea view. We had full board and there was a good variety to choose from. The location of the hotel was very central so within easy reach of beach, beach bars, restaurants, bars, shops. Reception staff very helpful, especially Jordge

Great pool - big and very clean. Large grass area with comfy double bed loungers. Staff were friendly and all spoke good English, German and French as well as Spanish. It’s right next to a huge beach and a short walk to some nice restaurants in the port. The buffet breakfast was generous - lots of choice and decent coffee. Big balcony and even the pool view was pleasant with a lot of light.

The rooms were really tired looking - probably last decorated around 20 years ago so the paint was chipped, some stains on the wall, and the beds weren’t especially comfortable. There were no double beds, not even mattress toppers or sheets to hold the twin beds together - they were just made up as two single beds then pushed next to each other. The shower was really old, handheld and jumped off the wall with the loss of pressure when switched off. The toilet flush leaked. Hotel sent a maintenance guy to fix it immediately with no fuss, but it broke again by that evening - really it needed replacing. It was all very clean though and we were mainly by the pool anyway.

The big surprise of opening my door to the terrace and to have such wonderful from the Medes island. Very comfy and spacious room. Only would recommend to be more attentive with cleaning
