The hotel is very charming and has a lot of history
Was very disappointed that the room was very outdated.
No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
Hot water constantly running out.
No ice makers.
No toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and shower cap.
No bath mats, hand towels
Bath towels were very wear-out including the beach towels.
No Robe and Slippers: For added comfort.
No Coffee/Tea Station.
No mini fridge.

I have been staying here for years and love the location and normally accommodating staff.
Staff communication and friendliness. I booked my 40th birthday trip with my girl and a bunch of friends. I decided to upgrade and get one of the nice suites, but I was not allowed to bring any of my friends (who were also hotel guests) up to my large room to have drinks. No where does it say that is not allowed when booking the room, or was it told to me when I checked in. This ruined my trip as it makes no sense to have a large room when it can only be used by myself and my girl. We were allowed to go to my friends rooms in the other tower but were stopped by security rudely when I tried to bring my friends up for a drink before dinner. When I went to ask the front desk what was going on the lady was very standoffish and rude, basically said it was my problem and there is nothing they can do about it. I was shocked as I have stayed here for years many times and being my 40th birthday party I feel now as if I should have gone somewhere else. I will probably be looking at other accommodations on my next trip down.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had the restroom shower. It was terrible as soon as we got there we had no service or electricity worst experience ever!!!!!

I didn’t get bedbugs
inattentive staff. clerk watches me struggle at ATM, Then says “oh ya, it’s broken” 1 clerk tells me just to ask for FastPass at checkout, at checkout it’s not available, room key problematic, maid who knows I’m in room too lazy to help sends me to another building to get new key. food was terrible. spa saunas cold, jacuzzi cold caution tape everywhere, puddles in broken cement, 3 dingy towels for a week. price as high as decent Hilton in US, NoTell hotel quality. I will delete Booking.com as this dump got a good rating. if I wasn’t flying I would have left on 2cd day.

Room was beautiful, also had gorgeous view.
Furniture on first floor of penthouse suite showed lots of wear and tear. I had to go back and forth with staff at check in because they wouldn't honor my booking.com reservations. They said the suite I had reservations for cost more than what I reserved it for on booking. Then they tried to downgrade my room and give me free breakfast!?
