The location next to the coast and cleanliness of the place are exceptional.

A very central location with great views across the ocean, beach area and Santa Cruz

I was kept waiting an hour for the reception to open and the picture of the pool is a little misleading as it is quite small

the location is really great. the apartment is cost and renovated.

The kitchen was old and didn’t have the basic kitchen things that you would find in apartment rentals

Great location 5 minutes from the ferry and the airport, good standard, beach on the doorstep, good eateries

Reception left at 1318, closing normally at 1300 and did not come back till 1630. They've apoligized and I had lunch and beach but it's a pity we've missed each other.

Location is really amazing,only few meters to cancajos beach and view from room was great.

There was no aircondition, so it was very difficult to sleep, because in the room was so hot air, and opened windows didnt helped. And other thing is, the hotel is partly retirement home for older people. We had problem with one old man, who was shouting all night from his balcony and played music very loud, and he was no listening us when we told him to be quiet. And receptionist didnt do anything about it, even when we told him about our problem. So that was very unpleasant experience for us.

Recently refurbished, big apartment with kitchen and balcony. Very clean. Right next to Los Cancajos Beach. Very comfortable beds

Great location, great view

Very comfortable stay and great location within walking distance to the beach and some bars/restaurants. Friendly staff. Free parking available right outside the hotel. The cafeteria inside the hotel has some tasty breakfast options.

Unfortunately some of the facilities were not available to use, e.g. the billard table - supposedly due to Covid, however some bars nearby had their billard up and running.
