Friendly staff, very good location at just walking distance from Santa Fe mall, where we could find everything we needed. Clean and comfortable room.

Check-in process a little bit too long as the receptionist asked for too many documents since I was traveling with family members and foreigners.

I loved the view from the hotel room ,service is good Hotel is clean But employees at front desk and breaskfast area all have fake smiles ,its like they smile at you forcefully just for the hotel rules ,but some of them really hate atending the guests ,not good for the hotel Not sure if there salary has something to do with it But i did not feel that welcome at this hotel staff is not good!

The staff is not friendly, we left before the bookings end and they charge my credit card with the total days amount

Hotel gave us the early check-in.

Hotel have us smaller and lower grade of room without compensation. It seems it's Booking.com's mistake so we will book this hotel directly from next time.

Good location and big rooms, onsite staff was nice.

I initially tried to cancel my booking but the hotel avoided both my emails, as well as the emails from booking.com directly for two days. Only after the free cancellation period ended they resurfaced and refused my cancellation.
