very quiet and comfortable place. easy free parking near the B&B. Very warm and friendly owners.

Excellent location, great beakfast all freshly cooked, also good choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt if you didn't want a cooked breakfast, great host, exceptionally clean, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like if I had to nitpick the parking may be a problem for some but we managed both night to find space nearby, it’s not enough of a problem to alter the fact this is a very nice band b

Pleas t room ; good breakfast , but felt like everything was rather ‘ measured’. Milk for tea not available during day / evening .

In spite of a pre- stay request , and as we were arriving early by Overnight train , that we may drop our luggage off at the property early ; then leave immediately . On arrival , this simple welcoming courtesy was denied us , in an unexplained and unprofessional manner . Our only alternative wax to sit on the front for several hours .

Owner was really pleasant and friendly., couldn’t do enough at breakfast and there for a chat and advice of where to go and how to get there. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and the option was available to have it in your room.

The room was spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet. The fruit and yogurt was nice and when they did offer cooked breakfast one morning out of three ,it was very good.

I would like to have seen maybe some tomatoes or cucumber at breakfast with the continental breakfast as just ham and cheese can be a bit dry first thing in the morning.

Beautifully kept inside and out . Owners are lovely , close to the centre either a walk through the stunning park or the sea front . Breakfast was the best ! Dog friendly ❤️

I booked it for my Daughter and Son in law they said everything was excellent

The hotel was nice and clean and the family that owns it were kind and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was around 20 min by walking distance to the train station, the breakfast was nice.

We couldn't leave our luggage at the property on the last day after we checked out as our train was later on. The price for what we received was a bit too much.

The room was clean and presentable, but very old looking. There was a cabinet in our room under the TV that the doors rattled every time anyone moved in the room. Host was nice, and very helpful. Parking available on road which luckily we got near the guesthouse.

The breakfast offer, although we did have a discussion when asked about this. Our massive worry that it was still buffet style in these days of Covid. I would of preferred individual items on the table to limit who had touched them. We could not see on the booking where is said there was no cooked breakfast and this was a big disappointment, to be really honest we wouldn't of booked there if we had known.The first day the meat and cheese offer were under the same klosh which was alarming as anyone could of been vegetarian, the bread was out in bags which anyone could of touched.
