The machine was not working so we couldn’t sign us in, nobody was in the reception!!! Nobody to help!!! Over one hour we were struggling with the machine and we gave up!! I didn’t get the money back on my account even though I written the mail to booking!!!

My husband and I booked a room at Motel 24h Bremen 7. - 8. december 2022.
When we arrived at 03:30, there was no one in the reception, so we tried to check in on the automat / machine in the entrance. We got the notification that the machine could not check us in and we should try in the reception. We even tried to book another room, but same answer.
The result was that we drove to a gass station and had to sleep in the car. We never got to check in and we never got our room at Motel 24h Bremen.

I liked the location, food outlets nearby, shopping mall walking distance. Would book again when i visit Bremen

Room was cold most of the time, this is snowy winter!!! I stayed for almost two weeks never offered coffee or tea... No simple microwave or fridge, what do you expect your customers to eat.. Just burger?! Terrible, only advisable for 1 night or two maximum. Don't stay there for longer periods

Very nice bedding, clean and pristine, decent size towels and hot strong shower.
Very near autobahn so a bit noisy. However that is one of the main reasons for staying at a motel and the windows were robust enough to muffle most of it.
