From the friendly welcome when we first arrived to the goodbye on the day we left, there was nothing to fault.
Breakfast was excellent and also the evening meal that we ate was great. Room 2 was the ideal room for our nearly 90 year old mother.
Cleanliness was exceptional, located just a short walk from the town centre this is truly a gem of a hotel. We shall certainly book again next time we are back in the resort.

The staff were lovely to us, and were so sweet giving my son a birthday card and cake.
It was the parking which was a slight issue as we had a lot of stuff.

The hosts were amazing and friendly.
Just for information only as it didn’t bother us. the shower cut out a few times. We did shower one after each other so I think it was just over heating due to the longer than normal on time.

The guest house staff where so helpful nothing was any trouble location was spot on 😊 and lovely cooked breakfast loved it and will definitely be booking again

Good location - near the beach, pier, restaurants and town centre.
Needs updating. It was clean except for the faeces stain at the front of the toilet.
The room was on the 3rd floor. The sloping ceilings on each side of the room (one above the bed) made the room small.

We liked how friendly and welcoming the owners was. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean and the breakfast was lovely. And the hotel is situated very close to shops and entertainment. We would highly recommend and hope to go back there soon.

The property is kept very clean and tidy. we really enjoyed our stay. there. Claire and kitty made us so welcome from begin to end. I definitely would recommend this place to my family and friends.
